Paleolithic politician

I just received from one of my anthropological colleagues a picture of what we are certain is the first set of skeletal remains of a politician from the Paleolithic era. It’s amazing how little things have changed over the past 10,000-15,000 years.

  1. I love it! Thanks. Any chance you could make a high res version available? The higher the better, I would love to turn it into a poster! Thanks again.
    Hi George–
I got it from someone in an email.  It came as a bmp file that I had to covert to a jpeg to post with this software.  I don’t know if bmp files contain greater resolution or not.  If so, I’ll be happy to send it to you that way.

  2. Surely the head is the wrong way up?
    Have a great Christmas!
    Best wishes

    Hi Annabel–
No, the head is as it is.  A politician can even screw that up.
Have a Merry Christmas down under.
