Ravnskov BMJ letter

The most recent issue of the British Medical Journal contains an interesting letter from Uffe Ravnskov, M.D., Ph.D. taking issue with Walter Willett’s ongoing jihad against saturated fat.
In case you’re wondering, I come down clearly on Dr. Ravnskov’s side. The more I read and study on the subject and reflect on my own clinical experience, I’ve become a firm believer in the idea that saturated fat is not only not harmful, but is actually healthful.
