In January 2020, I started a weekly eclectic newsletter I call The Arrow.
As of now, there are around 8,000 people who get this missive emailed to them each Thursday. In fact, I was going to send it on Mondays and call it Mike’s Monday Missive, but when I did a survey on the best time to send, many people said “any day but Monday.” So there was that.
The newsletter is a listing of and meditation upon interesting items I’ve rooted up on the internet or through my voluminous reading over the previous week.
Although each of these newsletters will contain at least one (usually more) items about diet and nutrition, there will be other subjects I find fascinating or worthy of sharing. I’m interested in a broad range of topics, so who knows what I’ll focus on in any given week.
