Last week I had a post debunking a couple of morons who supposedly debunked the top ten dietary myths as they saw them. Well, today their ideas show up on Reuters, one of the major news services that provides copy to other news media everywhere. Click here to read the Reuters report. Money quote:

It’s also a myth, Repovich said, that everyone needs vitamin supplements, although she admits to popping a multivitamin each morning. People who eat a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, along with moderate amounts of a variety of low-fat dairy and protein and the right quantity of calories, probably don’t need a vitamin supplement, she said.

You can see how much she buys into her own myth busting.
Soon you will be seeing this idiocy pop up everywhere. But you will be ahead of the game because you know what hogwash it really is.
