Welcome to the weekend everyone!
Just because I'm not at work doesn't mean I don't have to plan my food. I started my day with some yoga, then am planning my meals. Tonight I go dancing. 9am 3eggs, 1oz cheese, 2oz span 12:30p turkey/noodle/mayo/cabbage/cheese 3pm iced coffee 6pm big burger no bun, 5 onion rings Pro: 121.4 Ecc: 42.7 Fat: 116.5 Cal: 1945 Last edited by Ammy; 11-07-2009 at 09:49 AM. |

Saturday 11/7/09
Not much on the agenda for today. Some armchair football and later I think I'll do a little guitar pickin'. Breakfast- 2 eggs, 4 whites, 3 Esskay turkey bacon, 105gms strawberries, 2c green tea. 43gms protein, 10gms carbs. Lunch- 4oz grilled sirloin pork chop; broccoli salad(broccoli florets, onion, bacon, pecans, dressed w/mayo, vinegar, Splenda and celery seed), 2c green tea. 49gms protein, 8gms carbs. Supper- Chili Rellenos(ground beef, onion, pepper, chipotle in adobo, water, steak dust, chili powder, garlic, cheddar and mozzarella cheese, 2c green tea. 40gms protein, 11gms carbs. |

I went to a double birthday party at the Lone Star Restaurant last night. The day was great and dinner choices under 10 ECC with back ribs and a steak with a small salad and broccolli. I did indulge with a dessert and will work that off this morning to keep the roll
going.

didn't make it completely on plan. I didn't add food (although mentally I WANTED to), but I had 2 glasses of wine I didn't plan for, and a few extra o-rings. By the time we ate supper I was WAY to hungry.
final counts for Saturday Pro: 128.2 Ecc: 49.4 Fat: 125 Cal: 2180 I'm just planning my meals to day. I need to figure out what I have and what I need to buy. I know for breakfast we will be having turkey taco meat with s.cream and cheese on a flatout wrap. I'll come back and report the rest later. |

Oh..I went dancing last night and was very much looking forward to it.
But the turn out was very low, the music was bad, and I had a bit of pain from the appendectomy...overall not much exercise was had by me...

Maybe next time Ammy. Did you get to do any of your line dance lessons? It is such fun and I really look forward to it each Thursday evening.

I stayed on plan yesterday but didnt post it. Today, sunday,
Bkft was sausage, bacon and broccoli snack was raspberries lunch was egg salad with cucumber wrapped in small tortilla halved, about 8 carb snack is protein shake 2 carb dinner will be brussels sprouts and chicken 5-8 carb depending on how many br sprouts i eat... |

They only taught 2 line dances, and I knew both of them.

Sunday 11/8/09
Running late today. Its been a busy day. Our town had its Veterans Day Parade and Festivities. My wife Doy and I enjoyed the parade. Two of our granddaughters were in the parade. A local restaurant was providing free meals to Vets and their spouses. So we took advantage of the offer. I had a very good NY Strip and salad fore supper followed by two very fine cups of coffee. Breakfast- Mushroom/Swiss omelet(2 whole eggs, 4 egg whites, 1oz swiss cheese, 1/4c sauted mushrooms), 3/4c strawberries, 2 Esskay turkey bacon, 2c green tea. 46gms protein, 9gms carbs Lunch- 4oz grilled chicken; broccoli salad(broccoli florets, onion, bacon, pecans, dressed w/mayo, vinegar, Splenda and celery seed); 2c green tea 49gms protein, 8gms carbs. Supper- 8oz NY Strip steak, large salad, 2 cups black coffee |
