Billie, if this is not in the right place, please let me know! I couldn't find anywhere else that looked like the right place:confused:
Today is Pi Day...don't confuse that with PIE day. For the math challenged, that's PI: 3.14, etc. (March 14th, get it?)
Anyway,
B: LC yogurt w/protein powder, coffee/stevia/halfnhalf
L: 2 hamburger patties
D: ??
S: 3 lc apple cinnamon muffins
Supps: will take tonight
Exercise: ha
Water: will drink as much as possible

That only works if you're in America. Over here it's 14.3 (today's date, that is - pi still has the same value outside the US ;) ).
8 am protien shake coffee water.
10 am sausage cooked with onions and peppers
12 pm.. chicken and broccoli
3 pm protien shake
6 pm fish and salad
9 pm another piece of fish
27 gm protien each meal
1 gallon water \suppliments

Breakfast - Protein shake
Lunch - South Beach Diet frozen dinner (25 g protein and 9 ECC)
Dinner - not sure, my son just called to say he's coming to Houston on his way from Nashville to Austin, so we may all go out!
I think I need to stock up on some low carb snacks to bring to work. Maybe I'll boil some eggs tonight.

Aaron, my favorite day is October 4, having been a CB'er in my youth.:D I go around annoying people on that day!
B: Peach protein shake (frozen storebought peaches don't have much flavor)
L: Tuna salad, egg salad and cottage cheese on a bed of lettuce w/tomatoes and cukes.
S: Peanuts
D: Corned beef and cabbage dinner tonight
S: Maybe some yogurt/berries/almonds

B: 2 hardboiled eggs (ran out of protein powder)
L: grilled chicken, blanched broccoli with ranch dressing & hot sauce
D: haven't decided yet
S: cashews, celery :)

Carol, we must be on the same wavelength. I had corned beef and cabbage yesterday! Today was full of corned beef hash!
B: lots of water, supps and cod liver oil plus the corned beef hash (no potatoes).
Lunch: 1 cup of plain whole fat yogurt with fresh strawberries.
Dinner: more corned beef hash. more supplements and more water.
Snacks: almonds and probably more corned beef hash (hey, I'm pregnant and it tastes good!)

Today was:
B: two fried eggs, sausage link, 1/2c. lc milk, 1/2c. sf cranberry juice
S: oz cheese, pickled okra
L: chicken, spinach, cheese soup(at the cafeteria at work), tossed green salad w/ Ranch dressing, tea
S: few cherry tomatoes, oz boar's head pickle loaf(no fillers, no sugar)
D: baked ham, tossed green salad w/ Italian dressing, 1/2c. lc ice cream w/ spritz of whipped topping
ECC: 43
