I have sropped losing weight . It seems that I lost much better when I ate over 16oz of meat. any comment. I think I'm going to start doing that again

since this is your first post - maybe some more information would be helpful. How long have you been on the program? How long has it been since you've seen a weight change? that is, is this a 'no change in a week' or 'no change in 6 wks' situation? Maybe post a typical day's menu?
You say you changed your protein eating habits - you used to eat 16oz of meat a day? Has anything else changed in eating or activity? Are you still eating enough food - what took the place of the meat you had been eating? What does PPLP or PP say about your protein requirements - are you still getting enough?

Welcome. Do you know what your daily protein requirement is? 16 oz of meat would give you about 125g of protein, which would be a reasonable amount if you currently weigh more than about 200 lbs. But without knowing anything about you or what you are currently eating, it's impossible to say whether that is why you aren't losing anything at the moment.
