Here's a chance to record your menu for today and get feedback and support on Tuesday. Also a great way to see what other people are eating!

Breakfast: LC Yogurt smoothie, ham and cheese rolls

Lunch: Meeting, not sure

Dinner: Probably left overs from dinner last night, which would include marinated salmon, Swedish meatballs, some kind of veggie, strawberries.

Good Morning Billie. The start of a new week, holidays just around the corner, and I'm on plan.:)

Breakfast: 8 Strawberries, 6 icecubes, a bit of water, Yogurt, Ground Flaxseed, 1.5 scoops of Strawberry Whey Protein. (53 Protein 10 ECC)
Snack: Half a bag of Glenny's (http://www.glennys.com/store/index.aspx) Soy Crisps (4.5 Protein 7.5 ECC)
Lunch: 4 Protein Macaroons (32 Protein 10 ECC )
Snack: The other half bag of Soy Chips (4.5 Protein 7.5 ECC)
Dinner: one and a half London Broil with lots of Baby Green Bok Choy and 2 pieces of Cantelope. (78 Protein 12 ECC)

Total: 171 Protein, 47 ECC

Breakfast - 3 slices of horrid bacon (I will never buy that brand again); 2 eggs mixed with cream, flax seeds and protein powder; 1/2 cup cottage cheese sprinkled with flax seeds

Lunch - I brought a salad (mixed spring greens, slices of peppers - green, yellow, orange, red; cherry tomatoes; marinated mushrooms; black olives and the rest of the baked tofu).

Supper - don't know, yet.

L: leftover carne asada w/some veggies & cheese - I may add a salad
D: baked chicken in marinara & cheese, a little dreamfields w/marinara, green salad
S: dove chocolate square, some almonds

1) 2 scrambled eggs, 2 sausage patties, 1/3 oz cheese in LC tortilla; 2 hot tea's (4 tea bags), 1 splenda
2) 4oz salmon (w/ dill and capers)
3) chef salad consisting of 2c each iceburg and romaine lettuce, bit of red cabbage, 1oz each cheddar and swiss cheese, 2oz each deli ham and turkey, 2 black olives, 1 HB egg, 2T ranch dressing, lime wedge, 1/3c ground turkey/veggie soup
4) 2oz salmon (w/ dill and capers), 1 Slim-Fast LC chocolate RTD shake
5) 3c ground turkey/veggie (canned tomatoes, cabbage, mushrooms, broccoli, bits of red cabbage and carrots - used cole slaw and broccoli slaw packaged veggies), Eden black soybeans in it too
6) 1/2 LC tortilla, 1/2T omega marg, 2/3oz mozarella

As of 10:30 p.m., I have a great day going. Keeping fingers crossed for the next 1-1/2 hours! I'm not sure what the numbers are, but they're better than what I've been doing. This may be too much food overall, but it's all well on plan. Today was a hungry day, my body needs a few days to adjust then hopefully there will be less hunger.

I just got about 60oz water down, so short on that. All supps are down. Only walking during errand running for exercise, however.

Upon awakening 2 oz. Essiac tea
B: 2 hard boiled eggs and a berry yogurt smoothie
S: Sunflower Seeds
L: Sardines and a chef salad
S: Peperoni (nitrate/nitrite free)
D: Mexi Melt Salad (Free Range Ground Turkey, 1/2 cup organic black soy beans, organic cheddar, organic sour cream, organic jalapenos and organic lettuce)

Before bed 2 oz. Essiac tea
