There doesn't seem to be a place to do this yet, so I thought I would start a new thread.
Hi, for those of you who don't 'know' me my name is Malcolm, I live in Australia, and I am well into my 3rd year of low carb PP style.
I would like to publicly thank all those involved in getting this board up and running and also those that put in so much work to keep the two temporary boards going for what turned out to be an extended period. I am sure any differences over what was the best temporary solution can be put behind us now and we can all celebrate what brought us together in the first place.
So welcome back to some old friends and many new members as well. I look forward to catching up.
Cheers,
Malcolm
PS. What is the news concerning the new Eades web site (if any)?

Agreed and welcome our friendly Aussie!
The web site is coming right along I would guess. During this whole process the Drs had to change IT people and the new group have been right on the money, so I am sure it will be soon.

Malcom - It's good to see you again :) ! What a wonderful post to start my day with. Thank you for being here!
Hi there! Geez, I miss a day and y'all up and move to a new board! Hi Billie, nice to "see" you! Howdy Shadow! We sure enjoyed your visits to the "rebel" board! ;) Hi Malcolm, it's like you never left! :) It should be fun getting reacquainted with everyone from both boards!

Joli nice you are here as well! We put alot of effort and thoughtfulness into the board. We wanted it to be friendly but also very professional and give people what they needed, I hope you like it and will post often.

I found the new board just after it opened but haven't had time to post. Some may remember me from the old board. I have been PP for well over five years now and still loving it. I live down under in New Zealand. Land of free range meat! I read the boards often but don't always have the opportunity to post. Great to see lots of old names back!!!

No Ruth you are an Aussie now! Just so you know who to barrack for.:p
Wow - am I happy this board is back!! Aaron sent me the information today. I miss you people, it's like coming back home.
I've been pping all year and it's going well. Last year I started good, lost 25 pounds, then lost my dad, and gained it all back! I started again this year, remembering why I started in the first place, and am reminding myself of those goals and reasons everyday! I'm down 29 pounds and am feeling real good. I'm glad to be back in a good place and back with my PP friends on the board!

Have I ever missed you great people! I was on the old site as sopines44. Now a newbie as SoPines. I didn't post often but received an abundance of information and support from all the posts. I will have been on PP and PPLP for three years in May. I'm in it for life. Lost my excess weight and off my three meds (for cholesterol, high blood pressure, acid reflux). I'm doing great and hope you all are, too. I'm really happy to be back!

Southern Pines... I'm glad you're home too, as I always smiled when I read your name. Brings back great memories of walks through the TX piney woods!
