Good to see the board working and people using it. It will be terrific to get busy with people getting healthy!

Introductions all around!

My name us Billie and want to welcome everyone new or old to this great BB. The Drs. Eades have created a beautiful bulletin board to access for support, help, information and general camarderie. But no matter what structure or how something is framed, it is the people that make all the difference, so welcome!

I have been a PPer for about 5 years and although I have lost about 10 dress sizes still have about 40 pounds to go (Gosh I have been saying that WAY TOO long)...anyway looking forward to making that happen.

Share anything you would like about yourself, introduce yourself and get comfy!

Hi Billie! Good to "see" you again!, That goes for everyone else too! I've been doing PP for almost 3 years. At the moment I am a little over 7 months pregnant with child #3. For the most part, I have been following PP during my pregnancy. I veered away for awhile during the morning sickness part, because it seemed that carby foods were the only things that sounded good. Funny, but that was when I gained the most weight! I'm looking forward to reuniting with with all of you! "See" you later

Jenny it's great to see you and glad things after the morning sickness phase have settled down. Baby 3 is lucky to have a mom who is interested right from the beginning in a good way to eat, that is a huge gift you are giving that precious little one!

:D I MADE ITTTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, my name is Allyson aka Ally.
It is so weird to see myself a newbie again hehehe... This forum will take some getting used to but I'm liking it alot already!

I've been PP for hmmmm....8 months now I think. I still have 15 pounds to go (at least last I checked).

Right now I'm struggling but I'm still hanging in there for the most part. It has really druggg me out caring for my mom AND my dad even though he is still in the hospital. Seems like all I want to do is sleep.:(

Mom is on some really STUPID diet (don't get me started:mad: ) so I'm dealing with that and trying to make sure she is AT LEAST gettign her protein in.

Well enough rambling from me... lol I think its safe to say I've stepped over the brink into REAL insanity at the moment! lol

Hugs,
Ally

Hi, y'all,
I made it! So, glad to be back on this wonderful board.
My name is Claudette and first heard about PP in 2002, but have been ernestly staying on PP since the summer of 2004. I am down two sizes and have about 30 pounds to lose to meet my goal.
No matter what your goal, we can do this, together!

Ah there you are - Billie you must have been starting this thread as I was doing the same in the PP Lifestyle section (thanks for your welcome btw). Anyway as lazy as I am, a cut and paste of what I said there seems appropriate!

Hi, for those of you who don't 'know' me my name is Malcolm, I live in Australia, and I am well into my 3rd year of low carb PP style.

I would like to publicly thank all those involved in getting this board up and running and also those that put in so much work to keep the two temporary boards going for what turned out to be an extended period. I am sure any differences over what was the best temporary solution can be put behind us now and we can all celebrate what brought us together in the first place.

So welcome back to some old friends and many new members as well. I look forward to catching up.

Cheers,

Malcolm

Hi,
So glad to see familiar names here and also new ones.
my name is Carri and I've been applying PP for about 7 months now. I started it for my husband initially, to get his blood lipids down and when I saw how quickly he lost weight too I wanted to kick myself that I hadn't stuck strickly to the plan myself! So he's arrived at his weight goal and now this Thursday we will see what his blood lipids look like as he has a doctor's appmt. I am learning more each day how to wisely stick to the PP plan and thanks to this site, I can get the tips I need. I am new to all this forum stuff too, so I hope I can find my way around here. I think it's so wonderful that we can talk like this from so many different geographical places! How cool is that?!! Anyway, so glad to be a part of this! Cheers, Carri :p

Is this the thread that used to be Boot Camp? I need to find that one and get back in the ranks!

I'm Aaron, one of the resident rabble-rousers. I've been PPing for just over 2 years, and have been a member of this group that whole time. I started at 257 pounds, got down to 180 and have settled in at about 190 for the time being. My body seems to like this weight, as long as I don't bother it with too much exercise (stay away, Shadow!).

I am a married man...18 years this summer to MamaT. We have 6 kids, including 2 sets of twins, and #7 will be here this week, we think (hey there IS a full moon in a few days!).

I teach English to Speakers of Other Languages at a small elementary school in extreme southwest Missouri. I taught band/music for 15 years before making this switch just this year. It's been...well, interesting, to say the least.

Is that enough for now? Maybe I'll open up and share my deep dark secrets later...

I'm Stevie; started PP in October 2003. I've been on the wayward side lately but looking to buckle down again. I've missed you all! I've hung around the suddenlaunch site but I tried to read up on the BBS from time to time.

I'm a trained graphic artist but I've been gradually turned towards music as a career, something I have always loved and now get paid to do. I direct five handbell ensembles (2 church, 2 college and one professional/community group). I'm very lucky to be able to do something I enjoy so much for a living, teeny as it may be.

My husband and I have been married 30 years and just became empty-nesters in September. I haven't stopped being a mom by a long shot, but it's been a dramatic change from the day to day stuff when our two boys were in school. In a way, I feel like I'm retired from that, especially the taxi service.

Hi I'm Lynn,
I have been a PP'r for two years . I believe this is THE healthy way to eat and live. I feel better and my allergies are getting better. My parents have been on this WOE for 5 years. My blood pressure fluctuates when ever I fudge on the diet and if I stop excersizing. I have an auto immune disease that makes excersize painful but I don't let that stop me. I believe that in the long run it helps me.
I have been married 33 years , have 4 grown kids,6 grandkids and a dachshund named Gus.
I love to paint and garden and excersize. My husband is a musician and I run sound for his two bands and for our church.
I am allergic to grain and search out recipies that have none.
I am thankful for this board.

Wow! How great to see the Protein Power forum back. I've missed it a lot. Welcome back everybody!

I've been following this way of eating for more than four years now. I feel good, and I'm healthy, but I have not had great success in losing weight. You know that quote about the definition of insanity - doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results? - well that's been me. I've finally gotten it through my fat head that I really do have to watch the calories carefully, and what do you know, the weight is finally coming off. Now I've just got to stick to it, and having this board back again will help.

Ally, you bat eyes better than ANYONE I know! :D

Stevie, what a beautiful new pic... I love it! :)

Well, I'm Sherry! ;) I've been PPing off and on for over five years now... I've overcome a LOT of health challenges (suicidal depression, exhaustion, etc.), and happy to still be here, LOL! I am a sugar addict, and when I stay away from the stuff, I do great... but, one bite (and sometimes one SMELL!) will send me over the edge! Yet, I persist, and I WILL WIN! (Said just for you, Randy! ;) )

I get to live my dream of being a wife and mom... I'm thrilled to be married to Mr. Wonderful for 19+ years now... we have two young sons: Mr. Biggest is 8 1/2, and a second grader; Mr. Youngest is about to turn six (!) in April, and is a kindergartner. They are ALL BOY boys, and I'm sure you'll get tired of hearing about them, LOL!

Hi! Hi! Hi! I'm so excited to be here! I've missed you, Billie. I've audited the Yahoo threads from time to time, but not had much time to jump in.

Hi to all my other friends, too. I'm Carol. I've been in PP for a year and some odd months. I was introduced to PP by a very caring physician who wanted to see my cholesterol, triglicerides, and insulin reduced. It worked. I've lost forty pounds and am working on the next forty. I'm fifty-five, a diabetic, a musician, a photographer, and lots of other things.

The most important thing I've learned here is that I can't necessarily adopt someone else's program; I have to work into my own by finding out how my body handles different foods, exercise, etc.

Wow - how very exciting to see everyone this morning :D ! It feels just like old home week :p !

Welcome back all of you - and welcome to the newcomers too! I am so thankful the Drs Eades provided this board for us to get together again. They have been terrific and I totally appreciate all they have done for us as a group.

I put my bio up in the Getting Started section, but for those unfamiliar with me I was given the honor of being the official whip cracker for exercise on the old board ;) . And for those not familiar with the Yahoo group, I was furthermore assigned the Warrior Princess status by LisaV.

So Aaron - I hope you're paying attention because I now have more power than ever :D !

Anyway, I've been following PP for 4 years and have been a member in this wonderful community for almost 3. What can I say - I lurked a long time before coming out. However, now you can't shut me up, so watch out everyone  .

Shadow
03-14-2006, 09:22 AM
Lynn - It's okay, it will take a while for all of us to get used to the new board :) ! There are stickies in each of these areas to describe the content that goes there. But believe me, it's going to take all of us a while to get into all the options here!

Let's hope I'm remembering this right ;) :

Where you're at now is for daily support and answers to questions about the plan. So this is where your questions go and your posts regarding any struggles.

The challenges thread in this forum is for daily menus and monthly challenges. That is where you post menus.

The M's & S's thread is for those just trying to begin exercise, or those who have stopped exercising and trying to get started again, or those coming back to it after an illness, etc. However, as you do a more advanced level of exercise, you would post on the BTBF (Born To Be Fit) forum.

As I think you know, the ODAAT thread is in the Community Conversation forum towards the bottom of the page. That's for the daily chatting among friends about things other than following the plan.

HTH :) .

Hi All,

I'm Bonnie. I joined the group on Yahoo in January. I'm 57 and have been married for 38 years. We have 2 grown children and 1 granddaughter who is the center of the universe. My husband and I went on PP several years ago and lost about 50 pounds each. I kept it off for a couple of years, but then after surgery last year, I felt sorry for myself and ate all of my favorite comfort foods. I gained back 25 pounds. I have lost 20 of the 25 and want to go down another 20. I exercise 3-4 days a week.

I'm a librarian and manage the public computer center at the library. I spend much of my free time playing with fiber. I spin, weave (a little), crochet and knit. So, when I get my fiber, I really get my fiber.:)

HI all, I have been in and out of the board since 99/00. I first ever started protein power in '99. I loved it and lost weight. Of course, I backslid hard as stress and old habits crept back in.

I am still 90 lbs overweight for the simple fact of not following the rules. I will start following them again. I do believe that this is the best way out there.

I joined another program last week, locally, to have the accountability that I need. I don't agree with a lot of their plan, because for me it has way too many carbs in it. Again, I joined just for the accountability. It is a lot harder to face someone live that is doing a weight check, than someone on the board or even myself in the mirror.

My doctor, in January, told me I am insulin resistant. Like I had to be told, but I actually heard it from a medical professional instead of someone telling me to eat low fat and excercise.

I guess that is about it for me. I'm looking forward to the board being back full fledge. You all have always provided me with infomation and inspiration.

I love the new forum! I've been lurking forever (since 2001!) and have recently decided to dive in for some accountability to get my focus back. I got involved in the first place for health reasons - not mine, but I had recently lost my father to heard disease and didn't want to go down the same road he had. As a bonus, I lost about 15 lbs, but after vacations and so forth, fell of the wagon and gained back the weight, which means the health benefits were going away also.

I'm back on board now. I've started doing a little yoga, and I'm going to dig out my old hand weights today when I get home!

Um, I just started back into it again. Still having knee trouble, but gentle walking seems to do some good. The eye is fine and is developing the cataract that will usually happen after surgery, so more to come. The old foot got better with some simple exercises. The job is settling down a bit. Awesome about the foot and job :D! As for the eyes, I'm sorry you're going to have more surgery but at least you know now what that will entail. And thankfully surgery is an option - certainly beats going blind! I couldn't imagine. Imperfect eyesight is far better than none, I think!

Just want to say Hello and that I'm absolutely thrilled to have the PP board back! Though I was inactive on the board the past couple of years, I still read quite a bit, and it was rough while it was away. I've never really gotten the hang and rhythm of the Yahoo boards. All is great now, the PP Board is BACK!!

I did well with PPing for a long time but have lost a good bit of ground over the past two years. It's time to rein it in and get things going in a positive direction again. In this time I've still basically watched my carbs the majority of the time, but have also allowed other times to be met with things I wouldn't have considered eating previously. You're right, Sherry, it's best to just leave sugar completely alone!

Anyway, I see old friends, Billie, Sherry, Gabe, Gaelen, and other names I recognize but hadn't interacted with much in the past. It's good to be here with you all now.

Hi, all--

Some of you may remember me. I posted as dgandrg for about two years. This past year and a half have been a real struggle. I'd be lying if I said it hadn't caught up with me. So--here I am starting again. I know this works, having lost close to 100 pounds on it the first time around. Fortunately, I'm not all the way back to where I was, but I still have about 60 pounds to "re-lose."

I am an English teacher from Pennsylvania. I'm married to a wonderful, supportive man who happens to be a "truly thin" person, but he tries his best to understand me.

I could sure use help here, because I have a long, long way to go! This board was instrumental in my success the first time around, and I'm determined to work this program again. I've been back on for a little over a week and so far, I've made progress in dealing with my eating habits.

Great to see the board up and running--with a lot of familiar faces as well as new ones.

Wow...I try for a few minutes to read thru all the Yahoo posts after lapsing for a month or so and BAM....we've got a new home...EXCELLENT :) !

Who am I...my name is Mary and I have been following PP since Nov of 2000 and have been posting on these boards since 2001 or so. I've lost 40 something pounds and have 40 something to go. My hubby Michael is low carbing with me even though he is trying to gain weight low-carbing. He is the love of my life and we have been married since Sept of 2000.

I work full time for city government..eeek! (45 1/2 more months to retirement) In 2004, after searching for low-carb products on-line and searching different stores, we decided to take the plunge and open the only low-carb store in Milwaukee. Michael spends 12 hours a day there (I'm there on Sat) and it has been quite a ride.

The stress of opening the store and my job had derailed my weight loss...this year I vowed to get back to what lost me the weight in the first place...journal journal journal. I've been entering everything I eat in Diet Power and know exactly where I am at the end of the day as far as total carbs, calories, etc. My weight loss has kicked back in and I'm back on track. I can't tell you how truly important it is to journal everything you eat to be successful.

I have met many many terrific people who have found that low-carbing is the best way to go. They get it....just like all of you! This board is moderated by a great group of people who offer us fantastic support.

See ya!

Alice - It is so wonderful to see you again :D ! I was mostly a lurker when you were on the old board but I faithfully read every post you ever wrote and look forward to having you here again! In fact, I still have some of the awesome challenges on file that you and Billie came up with ;)!

Mary - Welcome back! It is so good to hear from you again :) !

Keep walking... one day, you and I will meet up and go a couple of miles! (How's THAT for motivation, LOL!?!?!!?)
Hey, motivation is the name of the game, my dear! And I would absolutely love to step out with you, Cheerleader! I'll let you know when I'm up to two miles (this from the chick who used to run four miles before breakfast!).:D Glad to see your avatar again!

And yes, Sherry and Lita, the cataract surgery is routine and predictable and I'll only be out of work for a couple of days. Going blind was definitely the other option. Thanks for being concerned, my friends.

Mary, Alice, and Ruth, I remember you all. This is like "Old Home Week".

Good morning, Aaron! I'm sure Real Ruth will be along any moment now. There are a few more faces I'm looking for as well.

Lita, from what I understand, they just remove the bad lens (after it gets so cloudy you can hardly see through it!) and replace it with a clear plastic one. I've been told that my vision will improve greatly after that. Simple, routine, yes, I love those words...;)

Carol, both of my parents have had that operation. After wearing glasses for 50 years, my dad no longer needs them! Getting rid of the cateract even got rid of a slight case of glaucoma! He looks better now at 81 than he did at 60! This was out pateint surgery for both of them. I found it really cool that they could just replace the lense!

Wouldn't that be cool! Other people have told me that and some have said that they need a much weaker prescription. Having a "good" eye would be helpful when my glasses fall off the nightstand and get lost in the carpet. Also, that's my camera eye and my shooting eye.

This looks like the place for introductions. Bille, maybe you should change the name of the thread to "Introduce yourself." :p

Hi there, my name is Joli. My user name is a combination and contraction of my two middle names. My mother was on the original board, and when I first signed up I wanted to hide my identity from her--at least until I knew y'all weren't crackpots. :D I've been "hanging out" on the various PP boards for almost 5 years, and by now "Joli" feels like my right name.

I lost 50 lbs in 10 months the first time around, then got pg with my third child and gained most of it back. I've been on again, off again since he was born (he's 3), and now I'm trying to get "on again" for good. I had been lifting weights the first time around, quit that while I was pregnant too, and finally started again at the beginning of this year. I don't know why I ever quit! Well, yes I do... but I have rediscovered that I love lifting weights!

I'm also a fluttering (sometimes floundering) Flybaby (www.Flylady.com, if you want to know what that is), and a budding entrepreneur as soon as I can convince my husband that my idea is worth a small investment of money to get it going.

just saying hi! what fun this is!

For the newer members I have been PP since Jan 2000, initially losing about 40 pounds. been on the BB since 2003. AM TOTALLY commited to this WOE--and I could never have stuck with it without the help of these good people here.

am currently stsruggling with thyroid issues--though I was at goal weight last may, I gained 15 pounds over the summer ( no change in eating pattern) due to thyroid going south. my treatment seems to be working in that the gaining has stopped--but no appreciable loss just yet. here's hoping.

It is really nice to see all you good people again!

I'm not sure if I'm in the right place to introduce myself, but I'm new here today, thanks to Dr. M. Eades blog.

I was just reading through the posts, and some of you have really done an outstanding job improving your health.

I am an Atkins convert. Started Atkins March 16, 2004 and converted to PP/PPL a few months ago. I also recently discovered the Eadeses (sp) blog, and have been catching up on that. Maintaining a 30 lb loss for well over a year now. I could probably stand to lose another 5 lbs.

I'm very glad to have this board back again. I have lurked and occasionally posted on the various boards for about 4 years, using "thefrink" or mdauster. I have been doing PP for those 4 years, lost weight but, at menopause, put most of it back on. I'm sticking for health reasons and hope that, when hormones relax some, the weight will come off again. This board is a great resource for the needed resolve to stick to the eating plan.

Well, I go away for a bit over a week and return to find this new Board. It's a bit overwhelming, but I'll give it the old college try. Couldn't find a place to enter my stats -- that's pretty much a norm on diet boards so hope it will be added soon.

For those who were hanging out on the Yahoo Board, I've been PPing on and off since the first book came out. Got really serious this past summer due to a diagnosis of pre-diabetes. Slacked off some after Christmas, but am hanging in there. Now to get back to bootcamp levels so I can get the remaining 25 lbs. off and hopefully blood sugars back to normal.

I won't be around too much until after Easter, but wanted to let the gang on the Sudden Launch board know I'm back and will be posting once again on Monitor Mondays at least.

Welcome, Brigit-Carol. I know...things never change unless I go away for more than a day. ;)

As for entering your stats, you can put them in your profile in your signature. Click on the "User CP" link in the upper left corner, and then choose "edit your signature." That will take you directly to the spot in your profile where you can type in your stats, or anything else that you want to appear at the end of every message. Signatures are limited to 200 characters, which is about four lines of type. There's also a lot of other board specific information in the 'Getting Started' section, including some FAQs about email addresses, profiles, posting, registration, etc., and a general description of the board's forums in the same section.

Hope this helps, and good to see you.

Aaron...you crack me up.

Carol...my mom just had cataract surgery. One 2 weeks ago and the other 1 month ago. She's worn glasses ever since I can remember..she has just as bad vision as I have. Now after surgery, she doesn't wear glasses at all! She might need reading glasses because she has slight trouble with that but overall, can see well with regards to distance.

Anyway, I've been PPing since 11-2003 (joined the old board summer 2004) and got within 5 pounds of my goal weight by summer 2004. (That is until my recent kidney surgery in October 2005 when I gained back some weight after laying flat on my back for 2 months and after not eating the best while I was recovering.) Now I'm back following the PP WOE and exercising with a vengeance to get this surgery weight off.

I'm so glad to see so many familiar faces & I'm looking forward to getting to know the new faces.

Yes, I know I can put the stats in the signature, but this particular Board format permits them to be placed under the avatar. Goto the Low Carb Friends Board to see what I'm talking about -- they use this same bulletin board service. It's much cleaner and easier when there's a separate place for the stats rather than using the signature line. Some of us like to use that for other reasons (such as stating our short-term goals or posting an inspirational quote).

Hi BC!
How was your retreat? I hope you survived the food! i know it was going to be a challenge.
Jenny

Thank you for asking, Jenny. The retreat was great -- actually two different ones at the same retreat center. My food choices started out well, but deteriorated the longer I was there. One of the problems was the food choices -- lots of vegan folks there. But the other was just plain my giving into the easy way out. I did have a protein shake each morning and a 1/2 shake or bar each evening so I could keep my protein levels up with as few calories as possible. In between I ended up eating the food offered -- excellent, great tasting, well presented, but primarily vegetarian, low fat and high in carbs. I'm glad I prepared my body by increasing carbs gradually over the week before I left. I gained 6 lbs. scale weight overall, but figure that will come off pretty quickly.

The current challenge is to get back on track. I'm one who feels so much better with higher carbs than Intervention allows, but my blood sugar does so much better on low carb. Just dreading the dragged out feeling and tachycardia that goes along with low carbing for me. I haven't had a single tachycardia spell since I started upping the carbs. But, as of today, I'm back on the straight and narrow. I really need to get more serious and quit fudging as much so I can get the weight off and blood sugars straightened out so I can transition to maintenence. The first 25 lbs took 6 months, so just need to buckle down for this last 25.

Mitra

Just dreading the dragged out feeling and tachycardia that goes along with low carbing for me.

I really hated that, too. But I don't need to increase the carbs much for it to go away. I'm fine at 50-60g. Hopefully, once you get your weight sorted out, you can find a carb level where you can feel good without upsetting your blood sugar. You might have to be quite careful about dividing the carbs up evenly through the day to keep the blood sugar controlled, though.

That's good news, Janet. I figure I kept my ECC to 100-120 a day while on retreat. I read "Life without Bread" just before I left, so once the weight is off, will aim for 70-75 ECC a day and see how that does, carefully spread out over the day, as you so wisely reminded me.

Mitra
03-19-2006, 01:42 PM
I think Life Without Bread is an excellent book. These days I'm usually in the 40-80g range. But I notice that a few days at 40g can start those LC feelings up again, and a few days at 80g can have me feeling a bit stodgy. Averaging 60-ish seems to feel most "in focus" for me. I'm sure that with a bit of experimentation you'll find your level.

Hi guys,

It's me, ulexite/Samantha. I'm so glad the forums are back!

Anyways, I have been doing maintenance levels of low carb. It is likely that I will be changing my diet drastically pretty soon and I'm scared. I have been having very difficult GI issues and they're still not positive what's wrong with me. I have an appointment with a specialist like 3 months from now, grr!

Anyways, it's not that bad, it's just a little sucky and I can't eat much. I have been mountain biking a lot and having lots of fun. In the final stages of thesis stuff at school. Moving closer to school. That's about it!

Hey to all you good people. It's me, Norma (was registered as BruisedMoon on the other boards). I've chosen the name "Gwanny" because that is what my precious granddaughter calls me. And I love being a Gwanny!!!:D
Been following (mostly) PP WOE for quite some time now and am convinced it is the only correct WOE for me, although due to several different things in the last year or so, I've slipped terribly.....so I'm struggling to get back to doing what's right.
I've been a lazy, chronic, lurker in the past, but I'm hoping that by becoming an active participant on this board, I can bring myself back into line with my eating plan. My DH also normally sticks to this WOE, but, he, too, has slipped in the last few months (I'm afraid I may have contributed to that with some of the junk I've brought into the house).
So, here I go............Looking forward to joining in,
Norma

Hey, Norma. That's cute. I'm a Nana myself. I only answer to that from one little voice, though. Glad you're getting more active here!

Welcome, Mitch! :)

Billie, Shadow, Sherry, Carol......Thank you guys so much for your welcome. This new board is really nice...and I hope to be able to contribute (even a little). I'm constantly dealing with obstacles (physical, financial, emotional, etc...), but am determined to do well, again, with this WOE. It's a good thing I'm hard headed and like a challenge, otherwise, I would still be lying in that carb laden gutter that was the first 45 + years of my life.
And, I know I'm not alone in dealing with obstacles.....I'm sure most of us have one or more.
I just know that all of you guys are great, and so very helpful.....and I want to be able to give any or all of you as much as you have given me.
:)

:D Yes, Carol......I almost typed 'I'm sure most of us have one or a HUNDRED'!!!

Isn't being a grandmother great??!!! My two call their other Grandmother "Nana"
My sister has a very confusing thing in that she has 5 different names from 5 grandchildren. She is known as Gramma, Mauna, Meema, Mimi, and Grandmaw. She will be getting a new grandson in June.......so who knows what that one will call her! It sure can be confusing when they are all together!!:D

The best! Ya spoil 'em and give 'em back! At least we don't load him up with sugar. Actually, I tried to get him to say Grandma, but he can't wrap his little tongue around it.

I just wanted to say hello! I've been on Protein Power for about 9 weeks and have lost 19.4 lbs. :) I was recently diagnosed as having hypothyroidism, and so we're just now getting my medication situated. I go back for blood tests in two weeks to see if they've gotten my dosage right yet. So, I'm glad to have lost anything, really. LOL I was on PP before, actually back when the old board was up and running. For some reason, I didn't stick with it. But I'm back now and am totally dedicated to losing this weight! :D My best friend and I are doing the program together, and so that is hugely motivational.

So, hello to all. I'm glad to meet you. I wish you all the success in the world.;)
