**Post your weekly goal, then give updates as you do them...** :)

Goal: 9-15 miles walked in a week

Sunday: 3 miles in 53 minutes

Thursday: 3 miles in 53 minutes

Friday: 2 miles in 39 minutes

I'm in! I'm in! This is my goal for the week of 6/11. Or are you doing the week we just had?

Sunday: Walk 20 minutes at the history fair if I can do it in moccasins

Monday: Walk 20 minutes if I miss Sunday

Tuesday: Gallileo machine

Wednesday: Walk 20 minutes

Thursday: Gallileo machine

Friday: Camping, so walking shouldn't be a problem

Saturday: Camping, so walking shouldn't be a problem

Okay, then I'll just copy and paste this into the next week. I'm not expecting to get much chance this weekend. Never know, though!

This week goals have been difficult due to my arm. Walking is not the effort, but everything else is, and becomes tainted by the pain in the upper body.

Hopefully this weekend will be the start of a new week, and a new set of accomplished goals (gym, running, walking, etc.)

Oh, cm, I was in bed for EIGHT years due to pain and EXHAUSTION... I truly understand the frustration, and am empathizing with your situation...

Carol, get busy! :D I plan to walk tomorrow...

Well, I posted Thursday to Saturday in the M&S thread.

Thursday - 6 km
Friday - 6.3 km
Saturday - 9 km

Way to go, Gang!

I did not get my walk in today... had to take Mr. Wonderful to an emergency chiropractor visit, as he was writhing in pain, and screaming like a girl! :eek: They were able to help, and he gets x-rays Monday to see if he's got a pinched nerve...

Thanks, Carol... he just got out of x-rays, so maybe he'll get an appt this afternoon...
