"Your life can either be a magnificent achievement, evidence
of which is your joy and the joy you impart to others, or a
tragic missed attempt, revealed by your sorrow. However, the
greatest revelation of all is that no matter achievement or
missed attempt today, when you wake up tomorrow, your attitude
will determine which result you will end with at the end of
the day. Choose a positive attitude that leads to helping
others, and in so doing you will bring joy to yourself and
daily live the life of a high achiever."

*Greg Werner

"Your attitude will determine which result you will end up with at the end of the day"...

What kind of day will you have today? Is it going to be a day full of hurdles jump and joy or a day at the end when you feel you didn't do as well as you could? The good thing about either scenario is that there is tomorrow! But lets not let today escape us, lets go for the good attitude, it really is key.

I have a board meeting this afternoon, and have made a strawberry whipped cream dessert for the board members. Tonight we are having chicken with cream cheese wrapped in bacon, guacamole and salad. Tomorrow it's coffee with friends and waiting for some exciting news from both of my children, hitting the farmers market and hopefully a positive can do attitude to the Y. If you didn't wake up with a positive attitude today, nothing says you can't change how you look at things, for you are the only one that can.

Have a great TGIF and a rejuvenating weekend!

I'm going to have a GREAT day, Billie! :D

Off to walk before the guys get up, and then a houseful of kids most of the day...

Aaahhh, thanks for that! It's exactly the thing I've been thinking a lot about lately. I appreciate the reminder and the great quote!

It's so easy to get caught up in the moment! When I'm angry about something, it's like a red flag waving that says "check your attitude". I almost always find that I can re-adjust and go back to being well-balanced.

I listen to a great radio station as I'm getting dressed in the morning. It serves two purposes; when I hear the traffic report, I know I'd better hurry, and the format centers me and starts me out with the right attitude. ;)
