My goal was to get in an average of 9 miles per week... I got in 8.83 per week. One week was only 2.5 miles to due health and weather...

I lost 4 pounds, and 2.5" overall...

Better than nothin'! :D

I'd have to look at my exercise log to see what I did, because, statistically, I didn't add it up, and I guess I didn't start here when you all did.

I know that I walk every morning with the dogs; it's the afternoons that make the difference in distance, because it varies.

Well, I didn't add in the morning walk with dogs, but here's my six week stats: Phooey, it was such a nice table before I copied and pasted it. Now it's all jammed together.

Holy cow! Good going CM!

My goal was 100 minutes a week and I either attained or exceeded that. My knee did not fall off, although it hurts. I will continue to walk at the same rate and probably post in M&S.

Well, that's that, then... M&S it will be, with results posted either weekly or at the end of six weeks, which is what I'll probably do...

Gitfiddle - What have you done to it now :(? Anyway, are you doing the RICE treatment? And no, I'm not talking grain :lol:....
