I had a quick look at topics and didn't see it and thought perhaps I could be pointed in the right direction!!!

Gotta get moving, have an awesome day all!! I am low carbing it and lovin it!! I even avoided my usual traps last night. I bakes some of those Gorton fish fillets and I peeled off the coating and ate just the fish. YUCK I hate fish!!! Since there's hardly any meat to those things I added 3 turkey and swiss roll ups (thinly sliced stuff so had 3). I also didn't munch on tater tots that the kids had like I normally would. I did have a small portion of this amazing rice I made, it was this rice and pecan rice combo with garlic and chicken stock. I only had the littlest bit. I cut back on carbs even more during the day to allow for this rice. I know that having fewer carbs during two meals and a bit more at the 3rd may cause a spike in insulin response. I just decided that since I knew rice was in the menu I had better make some allowances. I did only eat 1/4 cup and before it'd be massive. Working on my portions! Also steamed up some cauliflower. Oh my!!! yum!

OK here's to another fab day. I'm chaperoning a field trip, I hope to be the team leader for volley ball! Folks, for those who don't know me? You would be lucky to get me out of the house a week ago much less chaperoning an activity-filled field trip! I would've much rathered chatting online or sleeping when the baby slept. I mean it! I'm frazzled that the housework isn't done but I'm sooo happy to get out there. I chaperoned my daughter's chorus class to a retirement home last week, they were singing for the people who live there, anyway this involved walking nearly 2 miles in the scorching heat. My getting more active started there and I've not looked back. I took one day off as my joints were complaining. I'm hoping all of this will help alleviate my arthritis pain!!!

Talk to you all later! Gotta get this day into high gear!!!!

whooo hooooo! Kitty

Kitty, if you want a daily menu thread, just start one in the Making PP Work 24/7 Section.

It's great to hear your enthusiasm :D.
