Carol, you must've had the same weather as we did in Buffalo - it was 91 here on Tuesday. Way TOO HOT to go outside for any kind of exercise. I did 20 minutes on the treadmill in my nice, cool basement :D . Same thing today - it's only 85, but very humid. Downstairs again I go ...

Deb, that would be from the same bag of hot air that's been suffocating us in Michigan. Today wasn't as bad though. Muggy muggy muggy, but not as warm. Tonight I walked with one or two raindrops, but made it home dry.
Good for you for walking! "Neither rain, nor snow, nor heat wave..."

Does walking around the yard pushing a manual mower count?
It certainly worked up a sweat, and I'm sure I was nearly eaten alive (do you think there's much protein in bugs, because I'm sure I swallowed a few). Maybe they ate enough to make me lose weight (I really doubt it, though).
Later - walked probably about 6 km with dogs (actually did some running, too). Just beat the rain, which was nice, because there's nothing like having soggy sweats to weigh you down!!
