Today's progress was yesterday's plan.

Thomas Alva Edison

How is your plan going? If it isn’t working, perhaps it needs a tweak?

Breakfast is a protein shake. Lunch will be meatloaf and a carrot. Dinner will probably be a burger.

Did you have a good weekend?

A daily wish to everybody, 'To have a great LC day, the strength to be true to your WOE and be free of all cravings and temptations.

I believe my plan is working nicely. I'm losing at a slow steady pace, just as it should.

I began with stretching then I completed upper & lower body Isometrics. This was my first attempt at the full Isometric routine. It went well.

Still raining around these parts. Its supposed to clear up tomorrow afternoon. I hope so, I'm ready for some outdoor time.
My meals for today:

breakfast- 3 eggs, 3ozs pork sirloin cutlet, 1oz cheese, 60gms canned peaches w/splenda, 2c green tea
49gms protein, 8gms carbs

Lunch- 8oz broiled hamburg patty topped with sauted 3/4c mushrooms & 1/8c onions, 1 1/2c mashed cauliflower, 2c green tea
56gms protein, 10gms carbs

Supper- 8ozs Cajun spiced roast chicken thighs, Tangy Cabbage, 2c green tea
56gms protein, 6.3gms carbs

Holy cow! Where's the rest of us, Bill? :jawDrop: I know the time change has turned many of us into zombies, but I didn't expect this! ;)

Good evening Carol! I don't know what happened. Maybe they all succumbed to a miserable Monday. I subscribe to immediate notification to this thread. I hadn't been paying attention that I wasn't receiveing any emails.
Come to think about I don't think I received any from Shadow's thread. Hmm! Tis strange!

Happy to jump in here and expand the thread:-) Sticking to plan, since Saturday at least:-) which is less than 40carbs per day, and between 1500 and 2000 calories per day (otherwise my weight loss does stall). Also started doing at least 20 mins of exercise per day.

Weight loss has stalled a bit, maybe because I had a few days of eating a lot of calories (cheese and nuts are cheap protein and low carbish, but don't aid the weight loss) but my clothes are definitely looser. A colleague at work noticed that I'm losing weight, and hubby said to me the other day 'I'm sure there's less of you than there used to be':-) He was looking at me from behind while I was bending over picking up the washing, so I'm very pleased about that:-)

Goal for today - I'm out for lunch with work colleagues, so hoping to avoid any pitfalls, and then get the exercise in after the children are in bed... will be Pump It Up if I'm feeling energetic and Teach Yourself Belly Dancing if not:-)

Also I've received my copy of the 6WC and I'm planning to start on Saturday. Will go out and buy the protein powder on Friday.

Plus the Geezer loved it...at least he said he did after he stopped laughing. :p
