Started this day by running around the lake with my hubby (and his students/instructors).

Took us 24 minutes today (2.4 mi; 3.8 km). My calf was hurting all the way, and when I was nearly done, it really cramped. I think he was happy that we stayed together, this time. Last time I went ahead and beat him by a minute or more. Last time was a little faster, but then again, my leg didn't hurt.

Later - we'll likely go to the gym this evening after work.

Got in a 3 mile walk, 56 minutes...

On my way to Curves! Last week had night-time things and then I was out of town so I didn't get to go since last Monday. I am REALLY looking forward to this! I got a little walking in over the week, but not enough. It felt good though.

To the gym last night. The cramp in my leg was still bugging me, but I did 15 minutes on the Stair Master followed by a mostly upper body weight routine (shoulders, mainly)

Went home and put heating pad on leg, though.
