We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, therefore, is not an act but a habit.
Aristotle
This little bit of wisdom resonates with me. What kind of habits am I nurturing?
Breakfast is a ginger-peach shake with my new smoothie maker. Lunch will be some cajun salami I was given with cheddar cheese and a carrot. Dinner will be beef and vegetables.
All is well. Have a great day! :)

Down a pound and started today with a large breakfast.
Small shake, 2 eggs, ham, some cheese.
Lunch is at Host India, a buffet house where I am going over a presentation on Outlook/Exchange with two peers. We will present it next month and several times after. Lots of salad and loads of meat with little sauce.

Doing well so far today. I had a protein shake for breakfast and am about to go make a pizza for lunch (LC wrap/ ricotta/2 tbsp. sauce/ mozzarella/pepperoni. I still have a bit of Mexican lasagna left, so I'll have that for supper. No cravings--hallelujah!
I am busy today playing with my new iPod. I broke mine when I fell, so I waited for some Christmas money and gift cards to replace it. Now I'm downloading my favorite apps and getting my music squared away.

Good evening!
Sorry to drop by so late, but I was away from the computer all day.
Yesterday's totals were: 1630 calories, 29 net carb.
Today's food:
B'fast: coffee, creamer, pumpkin shake.
Lunch: wrap sandwich (Light Flat-out, deli roast beef, Swiss cheese, peperoncini, spinach leaves, Caesar dressing), Greek yogurt with blackberries
Snack: Think Thin bar
Dinner: Tuna casserole quiche, Caesar salad (no croutons)
Later: 1 piece sf chocolate candy
Too many sugar alcohols in the snacks, but still not too bad for the day.
Sleep well!

Man was I hungry today. No idea why. I tried to keep myself basically under control but did over eat a bit. Not carby, just alot of food. :)
Went to my brothers' place and did a workout this afternoon, that was fun in a real sweaty sort of way. They're off on vacation tomorrow for a couple of weeks, I loaned them my copy of PPLP to read. They're still working on GCBC, but I think it's time they read PPLP too.
Tomorrow will be a busier day for me, several errands and appointments as well as the gym and looking after my niece and nephew tomorrow night. (which really just means driving them around to their various activities )
