I am new to the diet and have a few questions.

I am a Large Protein Serving Size and can figure out the protein portions but I have a few questions for Carbs.

I am a Small Carb Serving size and I am using the book to figure out what portion size I can use. But what is the actual gram of carbs I can eat at each meal?

Any help would be appreciated.

Which book are you using?

Typically 7-10g of carbs per meal, assuming 3 meals and a snack. That's for any Protein Power book. pretty sure they don't get into carb grams in the Six Week Solution.

That's what I wondered--what book --I hope it is Protein Power Life Plan as it has a good explanation of the whole program and has a lot more info in it than just carbs and proteins. There are lots of things there to help and the more you know the better off you are. Good luck !!
