Usual 12 laps last night, but it took me 27 minutes this time! I can't figure out why my time keeps creeping back up. Maybe I've lost enough fat that I'm more dense than before and that makes it harder to pull myself along? :) I'm actually starting to get kind of frustrated/bored with the swimming routine, might be time to move along to some weights instead.

Haven't been swimming in ages, or should I even go so far as to say years?!!
Yesterday went to the gym and did weights.
Didn't take a chance on cardio because of the residual cramp in my leg.
Today took dogs for a 30 minute very fast walk; followed by walking in the mall with the family looking for sneakers.

I did 20 minutes on the treadmill and was able to "Kick it up a notch" and then lower body resistance, leg press, inner and outer thighs, and extension and leg pull.
Three times total this week, had aimed for four but work seemed to get in the way. Will try to do Tues and Wed in the gym next week, and then we leave for vacation on Thursday.
