Good morning! Anyone feeling wacky? Humor is essential in my daily life. I've noticed a lot of us use it to get through the rough spots.

Breakfast is a strawberry/almond shake. Lunch will be a deli meat wrap. Dinner will be beef stew.

Today was the first time I woke up and began doing chores. I had a great night's sleep, woke up at 7:00 and and did a load of laundry. No coughing, and running at about 60% energy. Breakfast was some LC cereal with yogurt and Whey Protein. I boxed up a load of stuff for Salvation Army and talked my wife into going to an early movie (2012) later this morning.

Morning all :)

Glad to hear you're on the mend Randy.

Yesterday didn't go as planned, we'll leave it at that ;)

Today: Breakfast Hardboiled eggs w/ butter salt and pepper; bacon
Lunch: LC wrap filled with mayo, romaine, shredded cheddar, roast beef, turkey, salt and pepper
Snack: either shake or tuna depending on how I feel and timing
Dinner: TBD, girls are eating at church, not sure about the rest of us, probably an FFY (Fend For Yourself) night wich for me could be shake, tuna or eggs depending on snack, timing and hubby (if he wants eggs we will both have them).

Running late (as always on Wednesday) so will be back later.

You're better! I'm impressed. :)

Again...http://bestsmileys.com/kick/2.gifBetter late than never, Amy. :D

I'm dealing with uproars today. I politely listened to a twenty-minute tirade (not directed at me--I was the sympathetic ear) just to let someone vent safely. There were a couple of others, but you don't even want to hear about them. :peeved:

I honestly can't remember the last time I had a day at work as cold, wet and miserable as today. Ate as planned though, its hard to cheat when you only get what you packed with you. I can't exactly go through a drive thru. What I do when I get home feeling like this is the difficult part, but I had a plan and stayed with it. Of course I ate dinner a bit early for me so will probably have the munchies in a couple of hours. I think I'll just go to bed. Power was out earlier apparently, I hope it stays on for the evening.

Reporting in as I'm falling asleep in my chair... went "over" on the plan but other than perhaps too much Lindt (was that or going high carb junk) I was on plan.

Had my eggs/bacon for breakfast, wrap for lunch all as planned. Shake for snack but then got hit with the major munchies about an hour later so had some cheese and Lindt. Dinner was scrambled eggs and sausage.

Definitely got my fill of eggs today :)

Off to bed....

P.S. No Plan B for yesterday, I borrowed one of Amy's "I don't care" cards hoping it would keep her from using it ;)

Thanks, Amy, for the cartoons today. They cheered me up on a hectic day.

Jilly, I have two words for you: HOT SOUP

Good night, all!
