That's what we've done this month, isn't it? We'll wrap it up this weekend and begin the November Challenge (http://drseades.com/forum/showthread.php?t=7543) on Monday.
Anyone going to a Halloween party tonight? Or hosting one? If you're not in the USA, do you consider this a holiday at all? What are your plans for the weekend?

Got a wedding to go to and not many other plans than that this weekend. As such will miss the trick or treaters so it won't be much of a holiday.
Saturday
B: Sausage/eggs w/ cheese
L: Something light
D: Whatever they have at the wedding

No parties for us, we will be leaving the lights out, stay downstairs and watch a movie. We don't get many kids at our door anyway so I decided not to buy any candy at all and not answer the door. Although I did like that playdoh idea. :)
Not too much happening this weekend, I'm hoping to get some painting done. Over ate a bit yesterday :( so will be eating light and very low carb today. (and probably tomorrow too) I'm going to be thinking a bit about what I really need to focus on for the November challenge.
Have a great weekend everyone!

I've been getting some long-ignored stuff done today. :D 'Bout ready to go shopping for a new freezer to replace the one that died last year. DS is providing some game and we have to have a place to store it.
Breakfast was coffee and bacon. Lunch (late) was beef & carrots with raspberries and cream for dessert. Tried out the new stevia sweetener I picked up recently. I stirred it into the cream before adding the berries.

Lunch ended up being leftover cauliflower breadsticks (about 5). Dinner was nearly non-existent and I was afraid there wasn't going to be anything. And then... pork! BBQ and regular. I went back for seconds and it was great.

And then... pork! BBQ and regular. I went back for seconds and it was great.Sounds good! I like it when they serve it without the sauce. I've run into that several times. One restaurant had pulled pork carby enough that I assume it was marinated in sugar, though.
I had a chicken breast made into salad for dinner. For a snack I got a piece of coconut oil walnut bark out of the freezer.

Sunday 11/1/09
Yesterday was a dreary damp day. But we went to the Halloween parade anyway and really enjoyed ourselves. Two of our granddaughters (Davina and Kaelynn) were in the parade.
I ate on plan and met my water requirement. I'll be starting to exercise again tomorrow. I'm planning on joining back up with the Movers & Shakers tomorrow.
October is history! My but time is flying by fast.
Tomorrow is is my monthly weighin day. My past weighins I could tell I lost weight. This one I don't have that feeling so its going to be a toss up whether I lost or not.

Went out to a friends for a little Halloween thing on Friday and talked and watched a horror movie "Feast (http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/feast/)".
Last night was an easy night. My wife was away and I had loads of candy to give out but only 9 kids came by. I'll take the rest to work to give away and some for the Dodgeball teams.
Today was a mini start for me. Loads of Protein but already up to 50 carbs so I'll trim back more tomorrow.

Hi Randy--so glad to see you back--- I've already said that twice before in other places but by golly it's true so I will say it again.
My challenge for Nov. is to log my food into Fitday and report in my totals each day so here I am.
Protein 69 ecc 43 calories 1641 so I was a tad low on protein and a little over on carbs for the day. Will do better tomorrow. We spent part of our day in the emergency room with a friend who broke his wrist in a fall so it kind of threw a monkey wrench in my plans as far as eating was concerned. Still it wasn't a bust at all.
It sure is good to be back from the last trailride of the year --which by the way got flooded out -- we packed up and left camp by 6 a.m. Friday morning. Whew, it really rained the whole week so wasn't nearly the fun it could have been , altho we did enjoy visiting with all our friends and camping out.
Will check in again tomorrow.

All my plans for today were put on hold while we raked the tons of leaves in our yard. We have lots of oak trees and just went through a wind storm. The whole family spent the whole afternoon and evening together. Even the littlest guy picked up sticks and jumped on leaves to settle them in the back of the trucks.
I'm tired! :p See you tomorrow!

Wow, sounds like your whole family got a good workout with those leaves Carol. Unfortunately my yard is full of them too (you didn't ship them down here did you?)
I may make raking my workout for tomorrow as it is supposed to be gorgeous again. Today I must finish up on the camper.... I ran out of energy yesterday and had to save some for today.
