Hello! Amy, too busy to be wacky is too busy! :D I understand, though. I've got a little of it going on here myself. :paranoid:

I'm glad it's Wednesday already. The weekend's coming! I'm having a lunch of roast chicken and sausage with a few carrots and some iced herb tea. A bit early, but I'm really hungry!

Two overweight women were walking home from work, and they began talking about their schedule of activities for the evening. "I've got an idea" said one. "Let's flip a coin. If it lands on heads, we'll go get a cheeseburger. If it lands on tails, we'll go to get a pizza. And if it lands on its edge, we'll go to the gym to work out.

Breakfast- Cheesy Spinach Omelet(1T olive oil; 1/8 onion, diced; 1 clove garlic, minced; 1c/21gms spinach; 2 slices turkey bacon(I use Esskay's), diced; 4 eggs, beaten; 1oz cream cheese, small dice, 2c green tea. 40gms protein, 6gms carbs.

Lunch- 6oz grilled chicken; 1c steamed buttered broccoli, 2c green tea.
45gms protein, 7gms carbs.

Supper- Baked orange-roughy fillet; 1/2c wax beans; 1/2 med peach, 2c green tea.

It'd be just my luck that the darn coin would wind up on its edge and I'd have to go to the gym

---where Shadow would be waiting for me with 125 lb weights in each hand.

...no , no that sounds like the recurring night mare I have every night--not wacky Weds.:D:D

Steak was great. There were 2 in the pack but it was so big I was full after splitting just one with my wife. The other one is thawed, oh what will I do? Oh wait, sounds like I have Monday's dinner all lined up ;)
