Billie

So Billie you had some serious lack of planning today it looks like! On the bright side, I know how well you did getting to the gym, resisting the chocolates being passed around, so not your best day but you made a little sunshine happen for yourself.
Here's your chance to post your menu, and read everyone elses'. Great way to stay accountable and see what others are eating. Feel free to join in, on Tuesday we will all review the menu's and give feedback.
Breakfast: Low carb cereal with milk, maybe part of an orange
Lunch: Will be at a luncheon buffet and will check in later--ahh the lunch buffet was a choice of either macaroni and cheese or biscuits and gravy--no thanks! So I had a small salad and came back to the office for some lc bread, with an egg and bacon.
Dinner: I think we are having chicken picata with capers, not sure what else--I cooked and marinated chicken breasts in lemon, olive oil, garlic and tarragon and a small serving of rice with snap peas. Wanted some avocados, but after opening one and it was not rotten and the next was not yet ripe decided not to try a third.
Claudette, it seems to me you got more than 68 protein but maybe not. Your menu is sweeter than normal, but I understand all the whys of that. Glad you are here and active and taking care of you. You are just awesome!
B:Vitamin Shoppe Whey protein powder in LC milk, T. peanut butter, diet toast w/ smear of butter
S:1/2 Atkins bar
L;chef salad w/ ham/turkey mixed veggies, LC Italian dressing, small cup of tomato basil soup
S: few mixed nuts
D:deviled egg, chicken w/ celery/pear pieces over lettuce, cup Braums' LC pecan ice cream w/ T. whipped topping
Bedtime: LC tapioca pudding
Ecc:43, PRO;68
Randy reading your activites on the weekend, well it is what family and holidays are all about. I think considering you did great! And hopefully and so important enjoyed it all!
Today was a Canadian Holiday (Victoria Day) so I'm quite late and don't have teh detailed report that I normally have. We had family in, and they all slept late so I got a few hours in on the garden and then we visited the market, came home and played cards, then we watched "The Family Stone", which was a great movie.
Breakfast: Chocolate/Blueberry shake, Chicken thigh.
Snack: 2 oz. Cheese curds, half lemon blended in with ice and some sweetener.
Lunch: 10 oz. Salmon, Faux-tatoes, salad and LC dressing
Snack: Small piece of ice cream Birthday cake (likely 40 ECC) and some cheese
Dinner: PB Sandwich on LC Bun
My rough totals
Protein: 175
ECC: 76 - my highest in quite a while.
Lisa, nice veggies at dinner especially. Looks like you had a great day on program, YAHOO for you!
B: protein shake
L: HB eggs, salad bar green salad
D: grilled chicken w/BBQ sauce, mixed green salad, raw veggies (broccoli, carrot, celery), ranch+lc ketchup (for dip)
S: lc ice cream bar (maybe, haven't decided yet
Niobe what do you mean Oh dear! Glad my words haunt you  Just teasing. Two meals a day sometimes works, I find myself on Sunday in that pattern. It is difficult to know the carb and protein content without the carbs but you did your best and on all days your best is just fine! Many successes too! Not to worry, keep clucking with all your chicken yesterday! :D
1) 2 frozen teriyaki chicken breast (5 g ECC each) and ... umm ... a vitamin.
2) Chicken caesar salad (no bread, no croutons, extra chicken) ... and barbeque boneless breaded chicken wings! Oh no Mr. Bill! I don't even know how many carbs that might've had (stupid pre-made frozen work food not having nutritional info on the boxes), so when I DietPower-ed it I put in the highest carb count chicken nuggets and a full cup of barbeque sauce (although I probably only have 1/4c at most) to get a high estimate.
I wonder why I so often end up with only two meals on Mondays?
Good news: Went to a movie after work and wasn't tempted at all by candy or popcorn.
Better news: after having too many carbs at dinner I didn't do what I have historically always done: "Oh well, day's wasted, might as well stuff myself to the gills with chocolate!" Yay me! Although I will admit some of it was having a "what would Billie say!" moment.
Protein: 125g.
ECC (obviously estimated): 68. Hmm, maybe it's not so bad after all. We'll see how many gallons of water I'm retaining tomorrow, that'll tell me if 68 is too low.
Well think of it this way monitor monday people--we were the brave ones to post!!!
