Got in a mile on the tread mill, just under 17 minutes and then did back, neck, and biceps, inner and outer thigh resistance

Did iou all hear Shadow was on vacation, well she left Sherry and I here to whip!:D
Did Curves tonight, 50 minutes and I was whipped at the end!

Hi, ya'll today was: body flex aerobic/toning tape, core abd/bun work, 45 minute walk tonight.

1. dogs in morning (1 km)
2. gym (20 minutes on cross ramp machine) followed by weight training
3. 60 minutes on old rail bed with dogs in afternoon (quite brisk walk or run)
