Good morning, campers!
Breakfast was a strawberry shake. Lunch will be a turkey/swiss wrap. Dinner will be roast beef and green beans. Toasted almonds and/or gouda cheese in line for a snack.
We had a quote for a new roof last night and it about took my breath away! It's guaranteed in writing for 30 years, though. One more quote to get. :paranoid:

Good luck on the roofing quote, Carol. Those things always take my breath away! Maybe I'm getting old, but didn't we used to buy houses for what it costs to replace a roof or get them painted?
B: eggs, bacon, low carb toast
L: chicken breast, cheddar cheese, walnuts
D: (probably) hamburger patty with cheddar, green beans
Ugh...roof expense...ugh!!
Food is planned. I keep failing in the evenings...falling off the PP wagon, and it HAS to stop!! Last night road construction stopped me from initially following through on my plan, then my plan changed and I fell HARD off the wagon right into a bag of pretzels...sigh...
I have a plan tonight. I possess the food. I just have to follow through.
8am brat wrap, 2hb eggs
11:30am 2 slices pork loin, 6 cherry tomatoes
2:30pm 1.5oz mixed nuts, iced coffee
6:30pm chix wing, drum, thigh, big salad with ranch

Ecc: 30
Fat: 109.7

B: Sausage/eggs with 2 slices of cheese
L: Tuna + mayo + relish (w/ splenda)
D: Couple slices leftover pizza toppings, not sure if that'll be enough so I may scrounge for something else.

Good afternoon everyone!!
Well yesterday did not go as planned. I had the 2HB eggs and chicken/sausage link for breakfast, chicken breast and another link for lunch. I was VERY stuffed and felt it for the rest of the day. I went shopping after work for my sis's 18th b-day. Got home late - around 9pm. I just did not feel like eating. Had 2 glasses of wine instead. Got on the scale this morning weighing in slightly under 115lbs. Pretty much the same.
Today so far I had 2 chicken/spinach links and one HB egg for breakfast. Lunch I had the tuna steak I was suppose to have last night with mushrooms and romaine lettuce and a tad of balsamic dressing. Was pretty good. 4 cups of coffee with light cream (small cups) throughout the day. Today it is almost 90 degrees here :) finally! So I am planning on taking my Shepard for a swim after work....not sure when or what I will have for dinner.
I am just aggravated because I am feeling so stuffed. It is just an uncomfortable feeling. I guess my stomach is just used to having a lot less in it. Not the most interesting topic...but I have read other people having problems getting rid of the food. That has been my issue since last week so I am hoping that is contributing to this bloating feeling.

I got a reprieve from the dentist, who just looked at the emergency repair I had done to my tooth before I went on vacation. He said it looked good and he didn't see a need for any further work.

Also the roofing company that quoted us yesterday was concerned that we had not jumped right on it. They're going to send their rep back with a sharper pencil. ;) The Geezer said he planned it that way.

b: bacon, cheese, coffee, protein shake
l: tuna, broccoli, cheese, pickle, SF jello
d: steak, cheese, breyer's carbsmart bar
various things to drink throughout the day
then oops, the rest of my coconut oil bark just jumped out of the fridge and into my mouth. embarrassed to admit how much :-)
touched a new low this morning, but almost certainly won't keep it quite yet.

So that stunned silence was planned, huh?
That's what I would have said too.

Dinner was a hodgepodge. Leftover pizza toppings, some cheese, atkins shake, spoon of peanut butter.
The weekend really threw me for a loop. I eat and then I think "hmm, something else sounds good" even though I'm not really hungry. Need to kick that quick.
