Welcome Cheryl,
A quick look at your menu suggests you are going for a pretty low calorie count - 3oz of meat is not very much! Remember the protein figures in PP are minimums - you can eat more.
The other thing is don't be scared of the egg yolks and real whole milk (in moderation due to the carbs) is much better than that 2% stuff I'm sure we all used (or worse!:o) prior to adopting a low carb WOL.

Welcome, Cheryl.
As Malcolm said, you can eat more meat than that if you want to. If you're hungry, add more protein & fat, especially at the start, while you adjust to the reduced carbs. You can reduce the quantities later if you need to.
I'm the same height as you, and started at about 145 lbs. I feel much better around 120 as well :).

Hey thank you both so much for suggestions I so appreciate it. Mitra since you are my height it would so help to get an idea of your food menus ,do you keep them on this site? Also how long did it take to loose the weight? I just have to loose the weight and get rid of the back aches, I have been to the docter and I have 1 herniated disc that we do not want to do surgery on and weight loss was mentioned by my docter. What are some snacks you keep around that are helpful. When I have a rough day the first thing I crave in huge amounts are donuts and baked goods. I do like scrambled eggs, is it 2 whole eggs and 2 white parts that you eat. Any way any help is so needed. Thank you, Cheryl
Also where do I post my food journal?

I don't have an on-line record of my food. While I was losing weight, I typically had something like
Breakfast - 125g (1/2 cup) cottage cheese with berries (usually raspberries or blueberries). Coffee with 1/4 cup whole milk.
Lunch - around 100g tuna (or chicken, ham, smoked salmon, sardines etc) with salad, olive oil vinaigrette dressing or mayonnaise. Sometimes scrambled eggs or mashed hard boiled eggs instead of meat/fish (three whole eggs), but not often, because I don't really like eggs. Occasionally cheese instead, maybe mozzarella with tomato salad.
Dinner - about 200g meat/fish with veggies - broccoli, cabbage, spinach, green beans etc usually with butter on the veggies. Sometimes the meat would be grilled or sauteed, sometimes roast or pot roast or casserole, sometimes plain, sometimes with a cream or cheese sauce.
For snacks, I'd have a Tbsp of almond butter, or 1/2-1oz nuts or cheese, cream cheese, pate etc. I found some thin crackers that are only 2-3g carb that are useful as a carrier for snack things. Sometimes I'd make the almond muffins from the "Breakfast and meals to go" part of the recipe section, or the ricotta pancakes.
Really, you need to experiment to see what suits your cooking and eating tastes, and what works for you.
I lost most of the weight over about six months, then another few pounds over the next few months. Individual experiences vary a lot though. I was 42 when I started - age is just one of the things that can affect your rate of weight loss.
Most people who want to post their menus do it in the daily thread in the challenges section - it's a good place to get day to day support and encouragement too :).
