Has anyone else battled a yeast problem systemically??? What do you do to combat it, eating habits, supplements, medications...

Oh, Lisa, it's been years, but I remember taking Nystantin and avoiding anything fermented and preservatives and sugar. I do know it helped. I just don't remember what my symptoms were in the first place! :o

Not very many weeks, but I don't remember that either. It was a yellow powder and I think it had to be mixed with water. That was over 20 years ago, and I'm sure there's a better way by now!

I think I started the diet because someone else said it worked well for them and loaned me the book. I only did it for the weight loss.
