Nothing you didn't already know if you know Taubes, but nice to see it in a different place.
The author cut his carbs, upped his fat, and gained weight from 198 to 203 while shrinking his waist by an inch. No change in exercise. He is a personal trainer, so he was already lean, but that's probably 6-7 lbs of muscle and a couple pounds of fat off.
