Had 3 oopsies left and decided to experiment:
Greased a small round baking pan and placed the oopsies inside so that they literally filled the bottom and sort of sidled up the sides. You might have to break them so that the holes get covered.
For the quiche I used
about 3 cups of cauli microwaved and squished with my hands
100 grams of herbed creamcheese
2 whole large eggs
100 grams of soft cheese (here it's called STRACCHINO)
whisked all together, added salt and pepper, whisked some more
then put the batter into the baking pan and the pan into oven at 350° preheated. It took about 45 minutes in my gas oven. Usualy test with knife blade to assure it is cooked through. Out of the oven, cooled 10 minutes on a rack, turned over onto serving plate.
Ready to eat!
