1 4oz can green chiles
2 TB chili powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp ground cumin
2 cloves garlic pressed
In a small bowl, mix above ingredients together. Spread over roast (London broil is good, but I use chuck, and it turns out great)
Roast at 300 for 3 1/2 to 4 hrs until meat just falls apart when pierced with a fork.
I prefer this Alt. method, follow above steps but use slow cooker for 8-10 hrs on low, or until very tender. (5-7 hrs on high - it will cook a faster if you cover the crockpot with a towel to minimize heat loss..and no peeking)
Makes excellent soft tacos, also really good in salad with shredded cheese and ranch.
