Does anyone have the baked celery root recipe that was featured on the Eades' cooking show (formerly on The Food Network) a few years ago?

Thanks for the link, Mitra. I couldn't remember the name of the show and our local PBS station doesn't have it. That's the recipe I was looking for. Love it!
