Morning all!
Just a reminder to drink drink drink!!

I can't believe I forgot yesterday was Wacky Wednesday?! That's my favorite day of the week!!

Busy day today. It's payroll prep day, so that usually fills my day. I like it that way...keep me busy.

7am 2egg, 2sausage, 1lc toast with butter
11:30am large caesar salad with chicken
2pm iced latte, 2 turkey sticks
5:30pm dbl burger with 1/2 bun from Wendys, side caesar salad
PT appt and Long walk

Hey Amy..you can wack us out today with something. Seems like with all the news around the world today,it never hurts to find something funny to say or put up here.

Breakfast..coffee, mozz cheese,eggs sardines
Lunch..hmmm ..chicken breast ,green beans
Dinner.Venison steaks, salad,
sn..protien shake.

20 minute High intensity intervals on the bike.

Good morning, all. I always seem to be a day late and a dollar short in responding to posts. But I do enjoy reading them.

Have been on-plan every day this week -- a miracle for me! For some strange reason blood sugars have been high, energy low, and have had three tachycardia spells, so I've allowed myself to become a bit stressed. But I know this too shall pass.

Plan for today is to continue eating on-plan and take an extra-long walk. I've got a chicken defrosting so I can make a LC version of Brunswick stew and the kefir will be done this morning, so I'll enjoy some of that as well.

Potassium? have you been taking your suppliments? Potassium, Co Q 10,Chromium picolinate, Magnesium.E,C.

Is it possible for you to take a walk or bike after you eat ?

Tonight, tennis lesson. An hour of hard work. Am going to have to figure out ways to get in maybe the lesson plus two hitting sessions a week. Then, maybe I'll be motivated to throw in a couple of tennis specific workouts that don't involve hitting.

Whoops, have a credit card matter to look into (not mine). Off to work.

Dean, I hope you're having a better day today?

BC, I hope you can figure it out! I don't like it when results change without me changing my actions.

My day's going well, although busy. I have the weekend to look forward to now because we're planning to take the cameras and go north to look for color. I'm glad I can walk better this year so I don't have to do just roadside scenery, lovely as it can be. And we always find a local restaurant for lunch.

Breakfast was a strawberry protein shake. Lunch is a nice Greek salad, but no meat in it, so I'll have to heat up something out of my stash in the office fridge. (Somebody needs to get her prep work done! :jawDrop: :o :rolleyes:)

Morning all,

Gorgeous day here. Not much planned, but have some errands to run.

Amy...Thank you so much for the water reminder. I needed that! I have a bottle sitting here with me now.

Hawk...Do you eat just the good ol' sardines packed in oil? After having the low fat mindset for so long I'm still trying to wrap my brain around the "fat does not make you fat" concept. How are the cave paintings coming along?

Good morning all! Starting out the day nice and slow today ... way sore from the other day's workout.

Have a luncheon for work @ 11:30 I'll be as LC as possible.
Dinner will be grilled something -- I haven't thought that far out yet!

Amy -- I was thinking you may have been sick or something yesterday -- no Wackiness! :)

breakfast: cheese cubes and a few apple slices/grapes
lunch: grilled chicken bacon ranch salad from McD's
dinner: Not sure yet! will choose something good
no snacks yet
I never have trouble getting my water...I think I drink about 68 oz per day
Have taken 1/2 my daily meds, and my vitamins/supplements!

Kim, I get sardines in Olive oil. I eat them out of the can and throw the whole shebang away in a ziplock baggy.

I don't worry about lowfat. I worry about lo carb. If I am not worrying about eating fat then a better not touch carbs. If I do, the carbs will turn to fat and I will gain weight. If I don't eat carbs, my body burns the fat for energy.

simple. works. I have to stay lo though...forever on intervention.

I must say though....I'm REALLY hungry right now....stomach growling hungry....but I will survive.

Hey, did I mention we had a pizza party today? And I put away the pizza...and I didn't even CONSIDER eating any? Nor did I even THINK about licking my fingers!!

Hello, all.

Nice sunny day today, it actually got up into the 70's.

Breakfast was bacon and eggs; lunch a hamburger patty w/cheese and peanut butter protein pudding; supper chicken thighs and mixed veggies.

I FEEL like I'm losing weight like crazy. can't wait until I can weigh in again.

I'm doing well, for the most part. I do need to get back on track and try to get the same old health problems under control! Was glad to see so many familiar names when I came back...it seems like an age since I've been here regularly, and with so many boards, the people just come and go!

I hope not to be such a stranger from here on out!
