Okay, are you one of those people who LOVES a good church potluck??
Remember the old Jell-O molds?
Well, I bought one for $1 the other day and was SO excited to try it out.

Below is what I made. And no, you don't need a mold to make it.

Also, it's not exactly "sweet", but if you're sick of just plain Jell-O and want something different that is still very lc, and very easy, then give it a whirl!!

1 package Jell-O (I used orange, my favorite)
2/3 cup Cool Whip or other whip topping type substance
1/2 cup dry curd cottage cheese

Add dry Jell-O to 1 cup boiling water.
Add 1/2 cup ice cubes (or cold water)
Put in fridge for about 15 minutes
Take out and mix in dry curd cottage cheese.
Lightly mix in whip topping
Put back in fridge until set.

(If using a mold, you will probably need to make a double batch)

Makes 4 servings
