Here we go, People! :D

GOAL: 9-15 miles walked by Friday...

Monday: 2.5 miles in 48 minutes... got dizzy about half way through, and decided not to go three today...

Monday: 25 minutes 74 sunny degrees!
Tuesday: 20 minutes inside the building, but better than nothing!
Wednesday: 20 minutes hallwalk
Thursday: No walk
Friday: 20 minutes in the hallways because it's na-a-a-asty out there!
Saturday: No walk.
Sunday: 15 minutes (in the wrong shoes, but opportunity knocked) just to make 100 minutes this week. The knee is complaining.:rolleyes:

Walked on Saturday and Sunday but probably will not get it in today. Rain rain go away!

Hi girls. What a great way to get back into exercising! My goal is to walk at least 8 miles this week.

Sunday: 3.1 miles in 1 hour
Monday: 1.8 miles in 25 minutes (I was really hoofing it!)
Tuesday: TBA
Wednesday: TBA
Thursday: TBA
Friday: TBA
Saturday: TBA

I finally realized that I need to exercise DAILY along with a healthy diet to get (and keep) this excess weight off! Thanks for the motivation.

Sunday - 26 minutes with dogs, not counting the morning
Monday - morning (usually about 1km); 1.5 km this afternoon with dogs
- > 6 km on elliptical
Tuesday - morning and afternoon with dogs (about 1 km each time)
- afternoon at gym on treadmill - 18 minutes (1st 15 @ 4.8 mi/hr) - 1.26 miles
Wednesday - didn't get to the gym in the afternoon.
- walked dogs morning and afternoon - morning about 1 km; afternoon 25 minutes - say about 3 km?
Thursday - walked dogs in morning (1 km)
- short walk at lunch - nothing substantial; it was cool & windy outdoors
- probably will walk them this afternoon before physio (did 1.5 km)
- not a walk, but did 15 minutes hard cardio on bike before physio
Friday - 1 km in morning with dogs in the cool, rain & wind

Sunday:May 7: 1hour15min hiking on my favorite state park trail

I haven't posted yet -- is it really week 3 already?!

Sunday - nada
Monday - about 15 minutes
Tuesday - 15 at lunch, 20 home - 35 mins
Wednesday - 20 home
Thursday 20 up the hill again -- I've been lazy in the mornings but making it up in the evenings
Friday -- 20 up the hill.
Saturday .... lazy butt!

Way to go, ladies :D! That's some awesome walking going on :thumbsup:!

Monday - Only got half my walk in - and did that in the rain
Tuesday - Walking done plus extra to make up for Monday even though we had a spring snow ;)
Wednesday - Done - despite the wind
Thursday - Done - ah, a nice sunny day at last!
Friday - Will be finished up tonight :)
