3 mile walk in an hour, IN THE POURING RAIN, WITH UMBRELLA, I might add! :D I SURELY thought I was to join Mary Poppins in the sky, but only a few tugs on the thing, and I was back to earth... Bring on the storms!!!

Sorry to say my exercise yesterday involved walking the dogs, and not going to the gym, as the rest of my family was unavilable, and I didn't want to waste the gas (poor excuse, I know).

I honestly can't remember if I walked up the hill last night but I think I did.

Tonight, too, but I was hoofin' it. 15 minutes, tops.

Curves, 50 minutes, then 2 hours for 3 shopping errands (Whole Foods Market, PetsMart and Walmart). I'm counting 10 minutes of walking for the errands!!

I've been caught in my share of storms while jogging, and all you can do is enjoy it!

I'm usually running back home with my poor CD player under my shirt, but I just feel so alive all soaking wet and jogging through puddles! :p

I did my cardio of 30mn on the treadmill, and basic push ups, sit ups, and stretching. I also finally bought a martial arts workout DVD-Whooo-hooo!

It's not Billy Blanks, though. It's based on a style called Budokon. It combines yoga & martial arts, and also focuses on meditation. I compared this w/ the Billy's Boot Camp and this was way more "me".
