I guess I should have re-introduced myself here instead of checking in at the Lifestyle forum. Here's my introduction from there.

It's Bones here. I used to be Bones2 but am just Bones now. I have settled into being a mix between hedonist/dilettante...leaning more towards dilettante. I have found that I can have as much as 100 grams of carbs a day and still lose weight if my grain consumption is in the form of sprouted or sourdough. If I remember right, my weight before was 155 lbs. I'm now 135 lbs....but, I just got a digital scale that says I'm 5 lbs. heavier than that. So, according to my new scale I'm 140 lbs. Either way, I'm down 20 lbs. since the board crashed. I would like to get to 130 lbs., but am not anxious about it. The pounds are refusing to budge the closer I get to 130 lbs. I know that this is typical so I'm just continuing to eat healthy, exercising, and letting my body settle into whatever weight it wants to at this point.

My son is possibly having seizures related to his cerebral palsy (waiting to see the doctor for a definite diagnosis) so I have to watch his diet carefully now. All my knowledge is now helping me to help my son. I'm so glad that I already know what to do...this necessary change in his diet was not a huge shock, nor difficult/overwhelming, upon learning about this.

Good to be back.
