Good Morning,

I hope everyone's Sunday is RESTFUL and prepares you, in a great way for the week.

I am sleeping much better with DH home and am taking advantage! I slept an additional 1 1/2 hours yesterday afternoon and was able to sleep 7 hours last night. I feel so much better!

I also was able to get back to sewing. I made fabric coasters and a crochet roll. Since I don't crochet, I hope that it works! I also followed a vogue pattern for a shoulder bag - that didn't work out so well. I will have to make the pattern again! I was incredible disappointed!

I did not stay on plan yesterday - I ate way to many homemade french fries - however, the salty goodness was wonderful! I can't say I feel TOOO bad for it.

May Sunday be Restful and delightful. May Sunday slowly slip into Monday with ease.

Very restfull Sunday today.
Voice cancelled tonight, so will have some extra time.

Challenge today: after lunch, group from church went to a local Texas joint for all things fried, chicken fried, everything.
Stayed on track with a green salad, BBQ on a small baked potato, (just ate 1/4 cup off the top), tea.
Was able to not eat the appitizers in the center of the table.

On track, will exericse to a tape later tonight.

Have a great Sunday.

It's quiet today....

....I'm off plan. It's not that bad, but any is not good when trying to lose weight.
:(

Damn popcorn...two days in a row...

supper was an iced coffee and roast beef with a few onions.
Lunch was 2 hot dogs on lc bun with potatoe salad :(
Breakfast was an omelet with 1/2 my hashbrowns and 1 THICK slice of toast.

Hello all. I've been on-plan today except I got into the Cool Whip -- didn't go over on ECCs, but the transfats certainly wasn't good for my arteries! :(

Not much going on -- just church and then piddled around the hermitage. There's so much I need to get done but the heat is doing me in. Wasn't too hot today, but really humid which is strange for us. Even had dew on the grass this morning -- a rare occurance indeed.

Hope everyone has a great evening and is charged up for the week to come.

Hi, all--

I picked up some fluid weight from my transgressions over my trip to Ohio. Back on plan today, though, so that should go away. In the meantime, my ankles aren't a pretty sight.

Busy day today with church and a graduation party in between the morning and evening services. The choir I direct did a patriotic medley. I really wanted to sing rather than direct. But it went well, so no complaints.

My contacts are too blurry to focus, so I'll close and check in again tomorrow.
