Nothing yet. I had originally planned today as a rest day, since I walked both days of the weekend (which I don't normally do.) However, I may walk up the hill tonight. I'll let ya know.

Woooohoooo - look who started the M&S thread today :D!!! So happy to see you back in action, Billie!
Miralin - Rest days are good too - especially since you don't want to push that ankle too hard until you're sure it's totally healed ;).
Ally - Now there's some gym-speak for us :p :p :p!!!

Ally - Since I live in my own little world (complete with its own language), I know just what you mean :D!
Billie - Speaking of the "eliptical ski thingy", that might make a nice break from that treadmill when you're ready for a change of pace ;).

Dr.'s appointment kept me from the Y today, so all I had was 10 minutes to the bus (it was really weight training, I was loaded down like a bag lady for a baby shower at work) and 10 minutes from the bus to the library. We won't discuss what I ate at the shower, but I like brownies and mud cake. Depending on exhaustion level (I was up half the night working baby shower gift, and finished it on the bus) when I get home tonight I'll do some treadmill.

Well, today was a poop out day, exercise wise. It was an unbelievably busy, stressful, exhausting, hectic day. It didn't make me want to eat, however. It did keep me from getting to Curves (worked pretty late) and I was just too pooped to go to the mall to walk, so for that I feel guilty. Shouldn't have any problem getting to Curves tomorrow night as I have a late day doctor's appointment. Just vegging in front of the computer feels so good tonight.
I did get an extra round trip between the car and the office building today as I had to pick up one of the cats from the vet at noon and take him home (he's fine). It's about 5 minutes from car to desk, so covers a little bit of ground. I guess that's something!!

Don't feel guilty, Ali... sounds like you might have needed a break! ;)
I got in a 3 mile walk in an hour... time was less, but with boys, and water stops, and "pat-the-nice-doggie" stops, I'm glad I was back in an hour! :p

I did get up the hill, and got off the bus a few blocks early. Talked to my mom and dad on the walk, and the 20 ish minutes went by fast :-)
And yes, I'm watching the ankle definitely!

AliB - No guilt is necessary :). The rest sounds like it was much needed - and it will just "fuel the fire" to get back into it today ;).
Sherry - Yeah for you! Exercise along with son time is quite the winning combination!
Miralin - Way to go on that walk - and on taking care of that ankle :D!

25 minutes on treadmill; first 20 @ 4.5 mi/hr, hilly; last five were cool down. Our gym limits you to 20 minutes exercise on a specific machine, which may pose a problem for some. However, you can always get on a second machine, or re-sign for the same one, if nobody is waiting.
Followed by weight machines and crunches.
Was feeling rather sore because of Sunday's O/T work - moving computers and equipment.
