Welcome to the Protein Power discussion board. This forum was originally established on our ‘eatprotein.com’ website years ago as a place for our Protein Power readers to connect with a community of like-minded people. It was to be a free space: free of interference from us, free of commercialization, and free of charge. Over the years and thanks to the tireless contribution of a few veteran subscribers, it has become everything we ever dreamed it could be. We envisioned a place where participants felt free to engage in lively (but always respectful) discussion; a place where they could learn more or teach others what they’ve learned about nutrition and healthy living; a place to exchange ideas and share knowledge; a place to find encouragement and support in the difficult quest to lose weight or reclaim health. The board is all these things and more. We hope that you will not only enjoy and profit from what you find here, but that you’ll contribute to it. Even after you’ve achieved your goals, we hope that you’ll stay on to enlighten and encourage others and to develop long lasting friendships with the fellow travelers you meet. After all, any journey is easier when you travel with a companion and that’s what this space is all about.
