Used it yesterday 6/11/08

Front Squat, 150lb, 3x8

Deadlift, 235lb 3x8

Push Press, 100lb, 3x8

Inverted Rows, BW, 10,8,8

It was a great workout after a week layoff. Last week I did two 24hr fasts. I lost 8 lb! Not all that fat I am sure. The weekend before last week I carbed up, so 3-4lb is water. I feel great!

Tricep Ext.-70l/push-ups-------8/15, 8/12, 7/10

Lunges, BW, 2x12
