1) protein shake with 2 scoops unflavored powder, 1c Carb Countdown chocolate milk, 1/4c whole milk yogurt, 2T flax seed meal
2) 1-1/2oz deli ham, 2oz deli turkey, 1/2oz swiss cheese, tea, splenda
3) 5oz chicken breast, salad with 1ck romaine and mixed greens, 1/3c red cabbage, 1/2c cucumber, few carrot shreds, 1/4c cherry tomatoes, 2T Annie's Organic Buttermilk dressing, dill pickle slices
4) 1 LC multi-grain tortilla, 1T Smart Balance Omega spread, 1T natural peanut butter, 1T flax seed meal, cinnamon, sprinkle splenda
5) 1-1/2c ground turkey veggie soup (ground turkey, Eden black soybeans, canned tomato, cabbage, mushrooms, celery)
