Hi everyone:)

I'm new here but not to low carb. I have about 8-10 pounds to lose which will put me at a healthy weight. I've read PP and think I may read the their newer book. I'd like to go more paleo but I'm still consuming dairy.

I look forward to hanging out with other LCs.

I breeze through security in the US. Here's a secret. If you work for the Federal Government, your ID badge for work is a Government issued ID, like a driver's license. Only you have to go through a minimum of a 5 year background check (I've done a 5 and a 7 and am doing another 5 right now). So, you use your government badge and you generally get very light treatment. Never get a second look at Customs. Not that I'm smuggling anything.
