How's the May challenge going?

I do apologize for missing the last two weekly threads. We have just completed an office remodel and I was without internet for a while.

My May challenge of more meditation has not worked out as well as I'd hoped. What I have determined is that I will be looking for a space to meditate during the day. My plan has been to meditate at night and that has not gone according to plan. So I need to look at time in the morning.

How is your plan going? Check in and let us know.

Hi Beth! My extras were meditation and sleep. I'm in bed by eleven most work nights, so that's working, but my meditation is spotty at best. I'm still working on my research from the April challenge. Does that get me any points? :slywink:

If I were grading myself, I'd give myself a "C" -- 75%. At least not failing. My average on the Gazelle has been 3 times a week instead of the 4 I'd committed to. Meditation is a bit more frequent -- 4 or 5 times, but certainly not as disciplined as I'd planned. My "core" challenge is always in carb reduction and adequate protein and I've done well on that. Only three meals off plan and one bad snack choice. So all in all, I'm satisfied even though there is room for improvement. But isn't there always? :)

Hi, Beth and all,

Glad to "see" you back.

I would grade myself a 85 on my mediatation. The nightly time has really helped me.

On plan today, family coming for lunch, tonight we are eating at friends.
Both places have PP foods I am taking and eating.

Have a great day, all.
