B - 2 eggs, 2 bacon, touch cream, scone

S - 1 oz gouda

L - canned salmon, mixed greens, 1 cherry tomato

D - my hubby cooked a roast last night for tonight, and I have some green beans I can steam

I have to go to the gym in between now and my evening meal, and I don't know if I'll have a snack or not. Will edit if I get the opportunity.

I haven't gotten to post in this daily this week with my home computer being out; I haven't had time to do so from work, but am trying to catch up now before I leave for home.

It's been a good week, Monday and Tuesday wound up a little bigger than I prefer, but I think they were okay. Each included a workout, so that helps reign in numbers.

Anyway, this week shakes thusly:

Monday:

Today, so far:
7:30am) Atkins RTD - chocolate shake
10:00am) 5oz canned salmon, 1-1/2T dill pickle relish, 1T Annie's Organic buttermilk dressing
12:30pm) 2c ground turkey veggie (cabbage, mushrooms, celery, canned tomatoes) soup, salad including 1c romaine, few other mixed greens, 1/4c red cabbage, 1/4c cucumber, 3 cherry tomatoes, few sprigs spinach, few thin shreds carrot, 1 stalk asparagus, 3T Annie's Organic buttermilk dressing, 5 blackberries, 1" chunk watermelon, 5 dill pickle slices
5:00pm) 3/4oz nuts, 1c ground turkey veggie soup
6:30pm) 5oz chicken (breast) salad with celery and mayo/sour cream dressing
Throughout day, hot tea from 6 tea bags, packet splenda

Additional planned:
1/2 scoop protein powder, 1/4c pumpkin, 2T flax seed meal, 1/4c kefir

Each day included all supplements, cod liver oil and at least 3L water.

Hmm...
today was a very upside down day for me. I had to fast for bloodwork, so ended up eating three meals instead of four, with the largest around 8pm. Usually, I eat my largest meal earlier in the day, so I'm feeling a little like sleeping right now instead of working. :)

#1: (late breakfast after bloodwork) EAS Carb Control protein shake and lemon-nut muffin (recipe in forum)
#2: (late lunch, after doctor's appointment) cinnamon hazelnut mocha protein shake and a little bowl of berries with eight almond-nut thins--when I got home, I was really hungry. Lucky I'd made the sake ahead, because I'd have eaten the formica...
#3: (late dinner, after a nap and walking Casey) grilled cumin-chile rubbed duck breast (about 6 oz. before cooking) with grilled mushrooms and onions on wilted spinach in balsamic viniagrette (couldn't help it...all that talking about vinegar in the other thread) :) and 6 oz. of low sodium V-8


Well under 40g ECC...and about 90g protein
