My attitude - get out and enjoy the sunshine (or at least get out and move the body).

I may be getting older, but that doesn't mean I can't stay in shape

I'm amazed at how fast my attitude improves when I feel better. I feel ten years younger this week with new meds and I could lick my weight in wildcats. (Which might be a significant number of them...);)

Hey, Sherry, my 'tude is so good that I didn't even get exasperated with the TWO drivers who hung out in the passing lane this morning when I was driving to work. One was doing her hair in the rearview mirror!

Today my additude on the elipitical was...You can do it!!...come on, YES YOU can...and the little voice in me was "no..no you can't!".....but, my larger voice beat the livin pulp out of it...and YES I DID!!!! :D 9 minutes!!!!!
