What does this mean. Sorry, still quite new.
I know its suppose to do with Carbs. Is it the net carbs?

Hi Moretta. It is "Effective Carb Count" (Carbs - dietary fiber). This is the amount of carbs that will be ingesting by the body of a particular food.
Ex. Lettuce has 4g carbs and 3g dietery fiber. That means it has 1g ECC, so you only count 1g in your daily totals.
