Had a nice day of rest yesterday but back to the gym today!

40min total of cardio ~ 20min ArcTrainer & 20min Treadmill for a total of 500 calories burned

Total body workout with weights & resistance machines, also a little ball action. :)

How about everyone else?

Doctor's appointment this morning fouled up my workout time. So, I just put in 20 minutes on the treadmill before going to work. I guess it counts, I also walked about 10 minutes on either side of my bus ride to get to work.

I'm headed to Curves in just a few minutes. Should be about 50 minutes of workout. I won't be able to update until tomorrow.

Hi, ya'll, despite the long hours of overtime I'm still working (hopefully, till May), I have tried to incorporate some exercise into my daily activites.
Am: body flex aerobic exercise tape, abd/obli work, upper body weights

I was ALL ready to walk my THREE miles today... I waited til Mr. Wonderful got home from work, so the boys wouldn't have to go out in the cold. Turns out, at that time, it was 33 degrees, and SNOWING big time! I gave it up at 1/2 mile due to the fact that by then I needed windshield wipers for my glasses!!! :eek:

I got maybe 15 minutes of walking in yesterday. Still catching in bits and pieces as my body cooperates.
