Today is a "rest" day for me but it will be a somewhat active one. The girls and I will be cleaning and straightening the house today in an attempt to get it ready in case the landlord wants to walk someone through in the near future!

I am soooooo sore EVERYWHERE today! lol If I feel like it later, I may do some yoga just to try and loosen the ole body up a bit but that will be AFTER I'm done with the house work. :D

I think I'm getting addicted to exercise DVD's now too. Are there any cures for that? I absolutely love the Billy Blanks bootcamp ones. Have only done the Ab one so far but it is great. Now I've done ordered the Yoga Booty Ballet. It looks like so much fun. I'll let y'all know how good they are.

I also bought an exercise ball, curl bar and a few plate weights yesterday from the gym. The pilates instructor was showing me a book she had gotten from amazon.com and I think I'll probably be getting that also. 101 pilates ball exercises or something like that. I think then I'll feel pretty much confident that I can keep on the road to where I want to be once I move. :D

Sorry for the long ramble, I'm still on first cup of coffee and waking up this morning. Hmmmm trying to put off the housework most probably too. lol

Nope :D! I've been addicted for over 10 years - and the only thing that's changed is that my collection has grown to massive proportions :p.

Yeah for you, Ally :D! I love my stability (exercise) ball!!! I think it's the best "toy" I have! Well, besides my weights, of course ;).

I plan on using it for so many things that I feel it was a really wise investment. Travis had shown me how to use it as a bench for chest presses etc. Working on core, balance as well as the chest or triceps etc.... also so many other things that i can't name them all. lol

At this point I don't know if today will be a major exercise day or not. I will do some stretches and may use the Ab-Doer contraption. Time, more than anything else, will determine if I walk. I've gotten a later start at the office than I needed and the mall will be closed when I'm finished. If I don't do much, I won't kick myself. It's been a great week exercise-wise; I logged 210 minutes total again, the same as the week before, though this week was just 2 Curves visits and the rest was walking.

Will update tomorrow!

You seem to be doing great Ali ~ it never hurts to take a day off here and there. The body does need a rest day once in awhile ;)

Alice - You have had a great week :). Besides, flexibility is a componet of fitness too so today's stretches definitely qualify ;).

Ally - I know just what you mean! It is so very versatile - probably the best value there is in fitness gadgets!
