Hi Gaelen,
Could you kindly post your recipe for your Baked Walnut Maple Ricotta? (I think that's what it is called.) I can't find it anywhere!
Thank you so much for everything that you do!
R.M.

Reinventing yourself...I am not Gaelen, but I just had to buzz this thread and say, love the name and love your definition at the bottom of your post. Well done!

Hi, R.M. -- you're right, Baked Ricotta and all its variations never made it to this board. I'll get right on it; it's a wonderful breakfast, snack or dessert (especially with the berry season approaching!)

Gaelen,
Thank you! I can't wait.....

Billie,
Thank you! I was "Carrie" on the old boards, but as I approach 40 in a few weeks, I find myself taking stock of my life and where I want to be and what I want to be in it... and it just seemed to fit.

I started my plan again today after a long while away from it. This time my primary focus is my health and well-being, not weight loss (although I am hoping that the 80lbs or so that I need to lose will go away as a side effect.) Funny how your priorities change over time, huh?

Thank you both for your hard work and healthy input here, I have always appreciated it. :)

R.M.

Hey Carrie, Baked Maple Walnut Ricotta is right here (http://www.proteinpower.com/forum/showthread.php?t=45), along with plain, two other sweet variations, a pizza crust variation and three savory variations. Enjoy!
